At my first session, I didn't click with the therapist I chose (Jennifer Boone) which is a bummer but these things happen. I did not plan to schedule another counseling session with Jennifer so what follows is probably moot but I still feel it's worth mentioning. I was really disappointed when Jennifer emailed me times for our next appointment none of the times worked with the availability I provided. And she did not follow up with me via email to check to see how I was doing mentally and/or to give me a gentle nudge to schedule that second appointment. It's like she wrote me off after collecting payment.

I’ve had wonderful experiences here and Jennifer Boone is really caring and understanding. I have lots of chronic health problems which causes me severe anxiety and depression. At the end of each appointment she tells me I can call or message her anytime I need to. I have a hard talk time talking about my problems and mental health and she gently nudges me to open up and talk, which I really need. I highly recommend this place
