Ordered the walking taco and turns out all the ingredients walked away. Where's the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes??? Whoever made that needs to be fired immediately. Also, tell me why my Styrofoam got a huge hole in it?? And they tried to cover it with the receipt too!!! Y'all know what you were doing serving a box that looks like a rat made it's home there.. And don't even get me started on the burger bro, that was so disappointing (I had to add the mayo cos there was none). Btw the cookout sauce tastes like radish, waste of money, don't come here

Cookout always has a great aroma when you walk up to the door. Hoping for a good burger and toppings. That is where it ended. On this trip I was not “wowed”. My burger was fair and the fries were subpar. The bun was easily a day old. There are some bonuses. The sweet tea was on point and the hand washing station was a big win. This kept me out of the poorly maintained restroom. Sadly, I cannot recommend.

The General manager is a great person. I just got done Donating plasma an when I got to the Store(cook out) my arm Started shooting blood everywhere an he came out an Wrap my arm back up yall need to give buddy a 50 Raise fr fr he want out of his way to help me. An no I don’t have anything if I did i couldn’t Donate Plasma so don’t worry abt that.

The customer service here was absolutely terrible. Some of our food came out burnt, and when we asked for it to be remade, the woman at the register rudely said, “they always look like this.” Meanwhile, my husband could hear her fussing in the back insisting it wasn’t burnt. When the new order came out, it was clear the first set was in fact charred because the replacements looked the way they should have originally. We finished our meal, and as we were leaving, we decided to get refills. The woman at the register rolled her eyes, sighed “Jesus” as if we were bothering her, and then while pouring the drinks, made a comment to another employee about us. On top of that, she brought our teas out without any ice, leaving us with hot tea. I have never been to a Cook Out (or any restaurant) where the staff was this disrespectful. Some people simply should not be in customer service, and she is one of them.

This was my first time here and I am so very impressed with the decoration, the view, the employees.... And mostly the food & their amazing prices!!!! $6.99 for a complete meal 😲 who sells that kind of deal anymore?? Cook Out does thats who and the food is good also!!! But let's talk about their "CHEERWINE" 🍒 🥤OMG.... I need to have some sent to me here in Arizona ASAP!!!!! I decided to try it walking out and omg it was delicious!!! Oh and don't forget to wash your hands in the wheel barrel sink!!

Food was very hot and prepared to order! However, the cashier was VERY rude and dismissive when I tried to ask for extra condiments, and had an issue with my order. I typically have decent experiences here, however the staff does not seem to care a lot about their job, and not caring about the customer. This is based on multiple visits, and not just the one time. The restaurant is typically clean which is nice, however the quality of service is not up to where it should be compared to other locations.

It's Cook Out. Cheap, good amount of food, lots of options and it's not anything awful. But please, order from the counter inside the store. The drive-thru service is very frustrating. I think their intercom is busted or something, but they can barely understand you and you can barely understand them. When you ask them a question (like asking to repeat what they said since the intercom isn't very clear) they get all pissy and just try to move you along and ignore your request. For instance, I asked for a chicken strip snack with some sauce, and they must've not heard that I wanted sauce, so I just ended up with a box full of plain chicken strips, in no bag to top it off too. They didn't ask whether I wanted sauce (which they usually come with), and they didn't ask me to repeat myself in case they didn't hear me. Just order at the counter. Gives you more time to look over their giant (albeit confusing) menu and you have an actual face-to-face human that you can interact with and ask questions to. And faster service too.

Jessica the cashier is the best!! She makes us feel so welcomed in this establishment. Food is also very yummy but that goes without saying with cookout.

Absolutely pitiful. I hate to leave a negative review but I feel like it's finally necessary after so many bad experiences here. Not only did we sit in the drive through line for nearly 20 minutes with only one car in front of us, but when we finally get home to eat, our hamburgers are completely wrong from what we ordered and the beef was maybe an inch wide. Well over 2/3 of the bun was completely empty. If prices are going to continue to rise then you expect much better service to follow. I would leave -3 stars if I could.
