Air conditioner was not working in my room. Lena at the front desk actually checked it herself (she’s a jack of all trades) but was unable to get it working. She quickly got us into another room without any hassle. She was so friendly and helpful. Both rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to my family/friends.

This was a last minute booking. They were cordial, room clean and ready to go. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Staff was very friendly and kept the coffee hot while I worked from the lobby/dining area. Very happy with my stay experience, and pricing.

This review is long overdue! My kids and I stayed towards the end of July and they took care of us. From the time we checked in until checkout things were great. The only hiccup was I needed a new comforter and linen. That issue was resolved quickly. I believe her name was Christina..the front desk attendant on duty that night got on top of it and brought one to the room. My highlight was Ms.April from the kitchen and dining area. She was a joy to meet. Her kindness and customer service was beyond anything we had ever experienced. God bless you Ms.April!!! When we are in the area and need somewhere to stay, this will be our first pick!

Had a very nice room for a reasonable price. My main reason for all the five stars I gave is because the female named Lena checked us in and she was so super nice and friendly and also professional. She made our stay feel like I was staying at her house and made cookies and popcorn for the guests that were in the lobby. There was children and they were so happy to have the cookies and popcorn. It was so very nice and relaxing. I had a good night rest. I even use the hot tub. Her name tag said Leeanah, but my receipt says her name is.Latham. Such a wonderful person, nice friendly, and professional.
