This used to be a wonderful nice place to live years ago and now it's run down and not kept up at all. Rent is way too expensive for the run down Apts.

Despite the high HOA fees the services that are covered are not provided. I've been here three and a half years. The tennis courts have never been functional. The swimming pool has only been open for a few weeks the first year. Supposedly there is security but I've seen drug deals made and heard gun shots more than once. My windows (exterior) have never been washed. The clubhouse is not available. There is no property manger on site, and if you go to the office (IF you can catch it open) some things are HOA issues while others are matters of another management? The gates are sporadically functional. The buildings are poorly maintained and community "rules" are not enforced. Just with a small distance of my unit there are three vehicles that haven't moved in months creating parking issues. I'm embarrassed to tell people where I live and would move if I could afford it. The HOA fees are excessive especially considering you're not getting the services you pay for. Buyer beware!!

This place is Under New Management. It is in the flux of change. It is yet to see if that is a good thing. Months later report. New management is unresponsive to renters. Office now seems to be open only when rents are due. No one sticks to posted office hours. Mantaince does not responds timely. (I know of someone who waited months for vacuum ceiling light to be fixed and changed in kitchen.) All business is encouraged to be done by email or to an recorded message system where you are told to report the problem only once. Shingles on facade of buildings are crumbling due to rot or bug infestation or hanging in certain places due to wind damage. Iron keyed gate of complex is left open most of the time. I am told it is constantly damaged by the residents hitting it. The pool was only open about three weeks in 2018 . Disappointed to say the least. The new management has had a chance to "get their feet wet"; so let us hope , things will improve.

New management now . Will need time to see if things change for the better. Pool needs fixing, and sidewalks need repair. Complex has too many owners and rental polices. Policies not consists. Only small dogs allowed and often folks have much bigger dogs or two or three dogs.

They never fix anything!! Gate has been broken on and off since we moved in (pretty sure fire marshall got on to them about that one). Mailbox is missing a lock for months and no one will respond to my work orders. Also, no one ever answers the phone or is present in the office. The roof literally blows off in pieces every time the wind blows. Waiting on the ceiling to cave in. They decided to open the pool a week AFTER school started (nice). Oh yeah, I’ve had a murder in my front yard and several shooting incidents in the past two years. Minimal effort is put into making this a nice place to live.

The worst place I have ever lived. The roaches will run you out. I have complained since the second day that I have lived here and two months later they are worse. My air conditioner went out and m=now my calls are being forwarded to voicemail and none of them are being returned. I would not refer my worse enemy yo reside in this place.

Horrible place so many things wrong with my apt and no one I repeat no one ever answers the phone or is in the office. The pool never open and someone is always shooting , the gate barely works and my ac has gone out for the second time it’s 90 degrees and I’m suppose to just sit in that hot box until they feel the need to fix it!!

Communication with the office is poor, most of the time the office is closed, the phone is never answered (never) the apartments are not inspected, nor do they maintain fumigation, you make a report and spend weeks or months to fix it something damaged, the cockroaches are the owners of the apartments, in my case I battled until I finished with the cockroaches, the pool is always out of service, there are no recreational areas as they say, there are robberies and much more, I left my apartment in excellent condition, so much so that Mr. Joel Mendoza tells me that if I put a new folder, that is, my apartment was intact as it was delivered to me and even better without cockroaches! The deposit They do not return it to you, the rent is raised if I notice one of the reasons why I moved, how much I had to renew the contract 3 days before they send me the paper which says the extra amount to pay rent and you can not do Nothing in my case did not want to pay $ 900 is not worth that amount, by not renewing the contract they tell me that I had to notify 90 days before, obviously he does it to steal your deposit.

Horrible!!! Do not rent from these people!!! They are proven scam artist and slumlords!!! The apartments are so filled with mold and they do not fix anything! I went 2 weeks without hot water!!! Rent at your own risk!!!!!

I was asking for information because in my apartment I don't have water and the spoiled receptionist didn't give me the information and very apart from that she doesn't want to answer the calls and I block it's a lousy service change that lady If I couldn't put stars it would be better.
