Classic City Flats is hands down the best place to live in Athens GA. Safe, peaceful, and filled with kind neighbors—it always felt like an ‘ahh moment’ coming home. Emily and the leasing office and maintenence team are top tier, always quick and attentive. And the soaking tubs? Absolute dream tubs. Truly unmatched!

I love this apartment, and the leasing office has been very considerate and helpful. Before I moved in, I was in a foreign country, but the staff here always responded quickly, so I felt less stressed and reassured. All the staff at the leasing office are friendly and patient. I’m especially impressed with the maintenance team—they’re very attentive and always take the time to help thoroughly. Parking is spacious and readily available, and the 24-hour coffee station is a great bonus. The only thing to be mindful of is the bugs in the hallways, but I completely understand since the buildings are not fully enclosed.

This complex is new, modern, and pretty quiet. The amenities are great, but what I care about most is the staff. They go out of their way to be helpful and supportive if anything pops up! Plus, maintenance requests are handled quickly. I wish there were more stores and restaurants nearby (the area is developing and building). Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend living here.

Don’t let this place fool you. We planned to move in there, and then a tragic event happened so plans changed. They still charged me 300$ and I tried to dispute it but they called it “a holding spot” when they had a million units available.
