Would give 0 stars if I could still write this review. I see others with a similar complaint to mine - when I moved in my apartment was completely unlivable and I left within a week. I was promised the return of all my deposits - it's actually 7 months later and I haven't gotten a single penny back. I've called so many times, emailed so many people, even have in writing that I am getting my deposits back, and I consistently get the runaround - no idea who the current owners are as they keep selling the property and using different management companies. Horrific place and experience with awful management who don't return calls. Never met a single individual working here in person despite multiple requests to do so. This place is a huge scam and I am at the point of pursuing legal action. DO NOT MOVE IN. Attaching photos so you can see the state of my "renovated" apartment - filthy appliances, broken dishwasher with dead bugs all over the bottom, broken dirty light fixtures, broken and leaking faucets, missing smoke detectors, holes in the walls/ceilings and cracks in the walls, not a SINGLE cabinet or drawer had handles on it and many of the drawers were straight up missing or broken, clogged drains full of dead bugs and hair, toilet seats not even put on the toilets, no electrical outlets just pieces of plastic covering where they should be, not to mention my refrigerator broke day 1 and there were bugs EVERYWHERE.

I moved out of these apartments, after having issues with bugs, and a ridiculous price increase. I left 3 months ago and still have not recieved my deposit or a call back from the management. They told me it would "take up to 5 weeks" to send it. They took down my new address and told me they would mail it as soon as all the paperwork was complete because they just bought the place. It's been 11 weeks since my move out and they haven't answered a single phone call or returned any messages.

This Place Is Not At All A Place you Would Want To Stay Units Have So Many Roaches, Even Tho They Just Remodeled. The Property Has Been Sold Over 7 Times That You Don't Even Know Who's The Real Landlord Or Who Really Owns The Property. Also Got Scammed By A Supposed To Be Landlord Back In May Paid Rent And Whole Time Money Was Being Stolen. If I Could Give 0 Stars To This Property I Would Have , This Property Doesn't Deserve Even 1 Star And It's Sad Because Your Supposed To Bond With Your Property Manager But These People Keep Switching Property Managers Left To Right You Just Don't Know Who To Trust. Glad We're Leaving This Place To A Even Better.
