Unfortunately I believe this was the manager that took us on the register, just made us feel really uncomfy. Also unfortunately did not want to honor the deal on Monday. I understand that some people appreciate someone really outgoing and out there, but it started to feel like he was poking fun at the things we were getting and it was repetitive. I thought he could recognize that it made me feel weird, but he mentioned it about 4 times and then the 5th or so said that he was just joking, maybe it’s just me but I’m not that type of person that wants to be disrespected even in a playful way. Especially when it comes to food, I just think he should be more socially aware if he wants to continue having business as the place is usually empty to begin with.

It was the Best Cici's Pizza I've ever had. The workers were helpful and had no problem with anything we asked. Alex was a superstar. My family of nine left happy in every aspect. Not only did we come in at 9 with only 1 hour before they closed, but they also didn't rush us out. I work in the service industry and am happy that there are still restaurants with good people.

I had the best experience I've ever had at a CiCi's! I'm leaving on 08/16/2025, came in around 2:30/45 and I'm sad that I didn't get the names of the staff. From the cashier to the person cleaning the bars and tables, the customer service was phenomenal. Fresh food kept coming out, and all the games were working (lol). I will definitely be bringing my kids back. We left feeling full and happy. Keep up the great work!

My daughter asked me when we come here why is it always so many people I told her because it’s the best Cicic’s in the world the manager and the staff is always friendly and kind, he also doesn’t tolerate disrespect to his customers or the atmosphere . The place is always clean and the food is always fresh! A staple that I hope never leave Athens

Haven't been to Cici's in years but we were looking for a salad bar & they definitely delivered! It was so cold, fresh and delicious! The guy at the register was awesome, made us feel like we were the only people dining❤️ Wanted a pizza that wasn't available and he made it happen! Overall experience was an A+‼️ Can't wait to go back again soon🤤 Music was a lil loud but service and food overrode that🤟🏾

Very pleasant feeling since I entered into this place. Amazed with the service of the employees. They are super nice and willing to help with a pleasant smile. When it comes to food we enjoyed buffet. You get to choose personalized pizza , salad , chicken soup and pizza slices of many choices and dessert too for only $6.99. I pleasantly surprised with the pricing for so many choices. Highly recommend place to have a family time.
