I ordered a bowl with honey chipotle chicken and other toppings to go. I got home and the rice feels like it was even cooked. Texture was as if they pour the rice out the bag it came in straight into my bowl.

Of all the Chipotle’s around this one is the worst. Stopped in today because this one was convenient. Chips are extremely stale. Clearly not baked fresh as the bag states.

🌟Recommend: their bowls! The typical taste of Chipotle can be expected. Loved their generous portion of the bowl. Utilizing the app for ordering provides added convenience. While parking may pose some difficulty, it is generally not a problem during the summer time.

The service is horrible! I do not recommend this Chipotle. We went and everything was going ok until the cashier came. She was the worst. If you see a lighter skin, short woman with glasses just leave. She had an attitude the whole time, and she did not want to be bothered with customers. I told her my order was to go but she decided to not cover my food. It is the worst service ever, this is why I only go to the one on Epps Bridge as it is the best one.

If you order online, be prepared to still wait in line to get your food. The crew doesn't place the mobile orders in the proper location, but has you wait in line to pick it up. The first time I went not at a busy hour, they forgot my drink and a side order of tortillas. Now the food on the other hand was pretty good and I'd recommend eating it again but not inside as there were empty bags laying on tables when I went inside.

Every time I do an online order for a pick up or delivery, the portion size is ridiculously small. This is a double chicken salad bowl that is just filled with beans, not even with salad mix. They just added in lettuce on the top and that was it. Usually when I order in person, salad bowl includes kale, lettuce, and spinach to replace the rice portion. Just because customers won’t see the food before they get home doesn’t mean chipotle can cut down on portion and quality. I would personally never recommend anyone to order online from chipotle. Also, can’t believe they put in that lettuce end to fill the empty space in the container.

Wasn't busy when I first entered, but became busy as I was ordering. Employee misheard me and threw on queso to both bowls I was ordering when I asked for pico (even after I pointed), then kind of rolled her eyes when I corrected her. Food was all mixed up and there didn't seem to be great care in not getting it mixed up. Like we found beef chunks in our pork bowls and peppers we didn't ask for. And there was some hot sauce in the sour cream. Employee was also open mouth chewing gum while serving us. It took about 4 people after me starting to get served before someone else showed up to help in the line. Kid's quesadilla didn't have the cheese fully melted. Also ended up with someone else's receipt in my bag, along with my own. I didn't have such a bad experience the last time I went, but this experience kind of left a bad taste in my mouth for this particular location.

It’s very disappointing when you place an order and you do not get everything you want. I was very disappointed that I did not get my Mexican Coca-Cola. I just wish that restaurants would take the time to view the order before someone picks it up. Although I was refunded, I’m physically unable to go to the store and order a drink. Very disappointed.
