The service was excellent as usual. I went with my 2 daughters. One had a fruit tray from the cooler up front and it was not fresh at all. We took it back to the counter and they remade it right away, no problem which was good. The broccoli salad was on point and my other daughter loved her loaded potato soup. The only problem was it seems they don’t put lettuce and tomato on the sandwiches anymore which made for a boring sandwich and it needs that texture. We will be confirming that lettuce and tomato be added next time.

First time dining at Chicken Salad Chick but everyone is raving about the Grape Salad so I had to try. After perusing the menu because I don't eat chicken salad (sorry) I settled for the turkey club on toasted white and I got the trio-- sandwich, soup and salad. Also comes with a pickle spear and cookie. The sandwich was good and filling but that potato soup hit the spot. It is hearty enough to be eaten by itself...reminded me of my childhood and my momma's potato soup. Grape Salad was good too. Definitely worth stopping for. And don't forget the strawberry lemonade!! Excellent service, nice atmosphere and obviously a very popular spot cause it was busy.

The worst smell ever. It smelled like the combination of bleach, wet dog, and portable toilet. We had to leave after ordering and I’m not even sure I can manage to eat the chicken salad. I now have a migraine from the noxious fumes. All the tables outside were filthy - I won’t be back. If your restaurant smells like that - what confidence or trust can I possibly have that the food was made in sanitary conditions?

Must be under new management, place is sloppy, food has tasted worse the past few months. Customer service is dead, the cashier literally dropped my food, proceeded to pick it up, look at me, and then still harshly bag it. I opened it in front of her and she started laughing at the messy plate, chunks of broccoli salad in my open and damaged sandwich with liquid from the salad dripping. When I asked her if she could remake it she told me she would if I paid for a new plate. I scoffed and asked to speak to the manager, which she said she was which I don’t believe for a second. I flagged down another employee and she said that the manager was out at the moment and she didn’t know when she would be back. I am contacting Customer Service and going straight to the District Manager for this because this is ridiculous, I miss the former manager and staff.

👍 Recommend: Can’t go wrong with Classic Carol - the normal and good chicken salad you will expect. Fancy Nancy is my fav - if you like sweet fruit and some nuts in your salad. Mine came with sweet seedless grapes. 🍇 Love it! I personally don’t like the Old South flavor that much - not sure whether it was cinnamon or something that had a strong flavor. Wish they had put the price tag for the to-go salad.

I used to eat at the location in Savannah several years ago and wanted to grab a familiar plate. Ordering through the app was easy. Service was prompt walking through the door. The food was ok at best. I got three scoops of different salads and none of them really had a different taste and were sort of bland. They weren’t really delicious like I remembered. I’m probably not going to visit this location again. Main reason being that I can always get a delicious scoop of several varieties of chicken salad on fresh greens with a side of fresh fruit for the same price on Prince Avenue.

Food was good but a bit pricey. Our order was handed to us in one big bag. I asked if the cake was in the bag and was assured that it was...it was not.
