I have a variety of problems with this Chick-fil-A location and I don’t think this restaurant meets the Chick-fil-A standard. 1. Morning shift/breakfast menu is incomplete and does not include breakfast burritos or the spicy chicken biscuit. (Fan favorites!) 2. There is no mobile ordering available or point collection. (Its 2023, don’t make being inside of a school the excuse for not having these services… we pay the same prices) 3. Night Shift front of house staff member is rude (i’m not the first in the reviews to have said this) 4. Night Shift sandwich assembler needs training. Chicken sandwiches are filled with grease soaking the bread and pickles because the fryer did not let the fried chicken sit long enough after getting fried. 5. Limited menu after 5 PM is unacceptable when the location closes at 8 PM. 6. My most recent order, I received a chicken sandwich patty the size of a chicken biscuit fillet. The sandwich cost $5.25 and I think this is very unethical for whoever prepared the sandwich to serve that. I was a shift manager at various fast food restaurants for two years and this is unacceptable. Giving a lower quality Chick-fil-a franchise to students because it’s easier to get away with is unacceptable. I suggest the operator survey students about their complaints and send a secret shopper to observe the Night Shift.

Their pricing for chicken sandwiches and breakfast menu has escalated some, and the menu choices are fairly stale. One good thing they normally do well, is their customer service. And they're closed on Sundays, which is very rare in our secular society. Recommend some new food product introductions, spice up the menu, bring back the egg, sausage & gravy, breakfast platter for another choice besides a chicken biscuit or chicken minis, add back lemon iced box pies, and maybe coleslaw as well. Peach and mint chocolate flavored milkshakes should be made a more permanent staple, but lower prices on both, by at least 15 %, to make them affordable.

Chicfila always bops and their service is fast as usual. However, I have had more issues with this location than typical. Most common is them giving an inadequate amount of fries, which I have heard other people complain about too. Still tastes great though!

This Chickfila has a ton of room for improvement. Earlier in the morning, which is when I usually come, they have a bunch of premade bags of food laying out so they can move people through the line quickly but the food is always ice cold and so stale. At other times of the day, the food just doesn't taste as good as other locations. This location basically has the vibe of a McDonalds that serves Chickfila's menu.

The girl handing out drinks is rude. I thought maybe it was just a bad day for her, but no… it’s like that every damn time I’m here. I’m not asking for rainbow and sunshine service, but when I ask you to repeat what you said 2 seconds ago (cause you called out 3 names at once) there is 0 reason to catch a ‘tude. I apologize for my error. The chick fil a downtown is better IMO.

I was having a TERRIBLE day and I decided to treat myself by using my Chick-Fil- A points you but a spicy sandwich. I walked up to the counter and Ryan asked how he could serve me and I told him what I wanted to order. He looked at me and smile and said “have a sandwich on us” and I didn’t believe him. He rung me up and that’s when I realized he was serious. Absolutely made my day. Thank you Ryan and Chick-fil-A!

The food is not as good as the actual Chick-fil-A restaurant. If you have a car, it's worth the drive to actually go to the restaurant. If not, this one is convenient if you're already on campus. Also, the customer service is just okay, not like when you usually go to Chick-fil-A.

This is the worst CFA I have ever been too. I used to work at one. No one there was meeting any CFA standards. No one smiled or was very welcoming when my mom and I walked up. I asked for a small ice cream and it looked horrible. There was hardly anything on it and the cone was stale. If I tried to serve that cone when I worked at CFA my manager would told me to throw it away and try again. My mom just ordered a drink and they shoved the lid and straw into the cup which is completely against CFA rules. Overall displeased with this CFA experience and hope to see some improvement from the company that is supposed to be number one in customer service.
