The fries was horrible. They was very hard and burnt and the sad part about it was a manager that was serving them. All three of my fries was burnt and hard never in my life. Have I ever went to a Chick-fil-A and I had a issue until I came to this one.

Chick-Fil-A is the greatest! Can't decide if the food or the service is better. Both are spectacular. Love that it's also built on Christian principles. Definitely feel at home here!

Food is great, service is great. The wait for the drive thru is absolutely ridiculously long. Slowest Chick-fil-A in Athens for sure. I’m shocked they haven’t fixed this problem. The drive thru line has to sit out on Epps bridge pkwy. Slow line for sure, I try to avoid this restaurant because of the line/traffic.

Chick Fil A. You know what you are getting. This place has nice service. Everyone is pleasant. This is a chain, so the three is because I don't love the salad options. Plus we need diversity in soups. I know this is a Chick Fil A thing, but I am leaving feedback.

I can probably count on one hand how many times I have actually gotten my food from the actual drive thru. I am constantly parked and sit waiting on food. It only happens at this particular Chick-fil-A. Makes no sense, because it’s not like I come at the same time.

I ordered with an employee at the register and sat down to eat, but then I decided to make an online order and had them bring it to my table 14, everything was quick fast and delicious! The atmosphere was great and the chik fil let team is so nice and happy, I enjoy seeing Mr. Kieth amongst others Alfonzo, Aliscia and others I don't know there names, A person could learn alot from Mr. Kieth, he always makes my day brighter! Kieth, Alfonzo and Aliscia came and checked on me and my wife and made sure we had everything we needed and also refilled our drinks! I'm happy there here to make my experience better! Btw loved the lil Christmas cows, bought one for my wife and she loves it!

The worst Chick-fil-A in Athens. The employees are rude they had hair on my food egg shells in my salad everyday I go here it’s a problem so I won’t be back at this location. The manager tried to give me cards instead of my money back called me the wrong name made me get out my car for my money back I’m just over this location! The cashier gave me the wrong change back. I can keep going that’s how terrible this location is !

If something comes with a meal and I ask for another of something in that meal why would you think I didn’t want it? I asked for it! The food is good and the people at the window are nice, the girl outside today 10m before this review was pushing Blame for her own mistakes tho and it’s not her place to decide what I want to eat it’s mine.

I pick up a weekly catering order on Monday mornings and am always greeted by name, receive my order and an on my way within a couple of minutes.

The food here isn’t fresh and they have a pretty low health food score. I tried to give them another shot after finding a fly in my soup about a month ago and my breakfast wasn’t fresh and there’s a leak in my sweet tea cup.
