This is a very decent place to live. My apartment was clean and well-taken care of when I moved in, and at an affordable price. I have had no issues with bugs, maintenance, etc. I don't mind the stray cats as my two are indoor only. Neighbors are quiet and almost all adults (never have issues with noise). A cleaning service comes to take care of the property almost every weekend it seems. The dumpster could be emptied more frequently, but it seems like someone comes by and tries to tidy it up when things get out of hand. I love that I can walk to so many places from my apartment and that it is near the bus line and the loop. I have never had issues contacting a property owner and sorting things out when I have questions. Sure, it is not THE NICEST place to live but I am not paying a crazy amount and overall it is quite good. :)

Horrible spot. Management company (Habersham Properties) is complete trash. They will never reach back to you at all. Billions of cats here that some old lady feeds and keeps outside. Dogs poop everywhere, including on your lawn (When I reached out to management, they did nothing). People are constantly throwing trash outside the dumpster. Definitely live somewhere else.
