If i could leave a big fat ZERO I would!!!! My sister has had nothing but trouble from them time and time again.. There is mold in their apartment, maintenance is a joke and the whole place is run by children.. if we wanted to get sick from shitty mold we'd go to the motel 6 thank you! The fact that she has to pay rent to get sick is beyond me! They said "surface mold" no sir i know what surface mold is and this is deeper than that! They just dont wanna do whats right and decent. I forgot though you would have to be decent to act decent!!!

These are the WORST apartments and management I've ever dealt with. We were supposed to be in the Flats@235. We came down from IN to rent apartments. They were under construction, which was the excuse for not showing the apartment to us. Told us the apartment would look like the pictures online. We took them at their word. We paid the first month's rent, but was still in process of moving. We were told to turn on the lights so they could finish construction. During this month, we were still in IN. They ran up a $210 light bill, and don't want to pay. They tried to get us to put more money down since it was different apartments, and still won't correct my rent so I can pay. Since the Flats were horrible (looked like a 6 year old from the 50's renovated it), they offered to put us in the Cascades because they're owned by same company. It's shoddy construction, all the floors are uneven, the ventilation doesn't work, they won't fix the security light in the building, and there's no storage other than in the bedroom closets (which are small). We had to have an apartment because we had no where else to go. The management doesn't care about anything other than their money. Which they tell you one price (which is in the contract) yet want to charge a different price when we pay on the portal. Management is hard to reach, don't want to return calls, and are rude. If I were you I wouldn't believe anything out of their mouths, and I'd look elsewhere for an apartment.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. My husband and I lived here right when new management took over and it was probably the most traumatic experience of my life. If you want to have a million roaches as your roommate, feel completely unsafe in your home, watch the mailman get mugged, and smell like trash all day, then sure live here. If you want a safe neighborhood, a clean neighborhood, and a management company that cares, this is not the place for you.

When I moved out we did not receive the full security deposit back, nor did we receive a copy of the cleaning bill. Only after threatening legal action did we receive the rest of our deposit.
