Fantastic place to live! The buildings are a bit old and outdated, but for the price and location, you can’t beat it! Donna is such a doll. Maintenance is responsive and neighbors are quiet. Parking does absolutely suck though, I would advise not to park on the street, as my car has had 2 hit and runs within a month due to, what I assume, is drunk college kids speeding up and down the roadway. The road needs a speed bump or two. Since then I’ve parked in the faded lines of the parking lot and all has been okay.

Sad to say that I'm leaving after a year. It's not the fanciest apartment, but rent is more than reasonable for a 1-bedroom. Donna Turner is seriously the most helpful landlord I've ever had. Anything I've had a problem with gets taken care of as soon as possible every time.

This apartment offers the thinnest walls, a bad location, nasty carpet, and more cockroaches than could be counted. There are much better apartment options in Athens. Also, Donna is very rude after you sign the lease.
