A terrific lunch experience at the unique athens spot. The laid-back, south of the border vibes were noticeable from the moment you arrived. Walk-up ordering is fast and convenient. The menu has many varied options that all sounded delicious. I opted for the El mexi-can burger and banana shake. Prices were reasonable, and the order arrived without much wait. The shake was tasty and not too heavy, which was perfect on such a hot,steamy day. The burger was way beyond expectations! Loved the sauces and fresh tomatoes and avocados. The meat was grilled well done but very tasty. The restaurant is covered but all open air with plenty of fans. There is an uncovered seating area, too. The table we sat at was very sticky. Additionally, there were many flies joining me for lunch. All in all, though, I hope to return to try other things on the menu.

This place made me feel like I was at an island shack on the beach grabbing a taco and refreshing drink. It’s cute and very tropical feeling, loved the outdoor seating and the decor. I felt as if I was back in Puerto Rico, yet I never left Athens Georgia. Pricing is reasonable and the food is filling. Here they have soft drinks and natural juices no alcohol.

went for lunch, ordered chaufa de pollo, and it was surprisingly good, as a peruvian/American i know a good peruavian chaufa and this one did not disappoint, wife ordered some fish tacos and she also enjoyed, tbe chips and salsa were just ok.

Best Cuban inspired place in Athens and has been for years. Still tastes as good as it did 15 years ago, a must stop and eat place while you are in town. Fish tacos are a win, always get the Cubano

I'm not usually in this area but someone mentioned it was a good place to stop. We are so glad we did!! The food was fresh, hot and so flavorful! The service was top notch! They were quick, kind and extremely helpful! The atmosphere was very chill. It was a really nice day out, so we sat outside. It was perfect for the occasion!! If I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back!

The Cubano is amazing. The atmosphere is great. The place is decorated so nicely. If you are new, it is difficult trying to figure out where the water is. There are water Spicket all around the facility ( just a fair warning ).

This was my 1st visit here. I looked @ reviews & saw 4.7 & then the menu & value & economic pricing & said this was the place to treat my dear friend for his birthday. We were both truly pleased. I got the avocado salad w/oil, vinegar & lime & he got tacos & flan. All was amazingly delicious. They open @ 11 & you stand in queue to order, then seat yourself @ picnic tables. All Tres casual & delightful. All mostly outside w/a roof. If you desire adult beverages, they are BYOB.

While looking for a pet-friendly restaurant in Athens, we found Cali N Tito’s (@cali_n_titos)! It was a very inclusive environment that welcomed all nationalities and backgrounds into their space. Each table was painted to represent a different flag, while the ceiling was decorated with flying flags from around the world also. They were also family friendly, BYOB friendly, and offered large quantities of delicious food for a reasonable price. There was ample indoor & outdoor seating to accommodate parties of all sizes. You have to stop by the next time you’re in town!

This is the quintessential college town shack that is popular with both students and visitors. There is a drive thru, an indoor seating area and an outdoor patio. The cooling fans beating back the summer Georgia heat as we waited to order. Got a Cuban, a burrito, fish tacos and al pastor tacos. Served sides Sat on the shaded part of the patio, paper flags of the Latin America. Countries fluttering above over our heads. It was a great day.. good food... good company... good vibes.. Just wish they served beer!!! 2nd visit... had the tacu tacu... the closest I coukd say is their version of fried rice!!!

You cannot go wrong with Cali N Tito’s. Delicious food with huge portions. We usually get Cubanos and it delivers every time! We always love going to Cali N Tito’s when we’re close by!
