The staff was awesome! Keeping you posted and check in was a breeze!! This house was cabin comfy everything decorated so nice and kitchen had everything to cook! The grill, fire pit and hot tub were highlights! Plus Darts, cards and plenty of books to keep the family happy! The dreamcatcher house met all our needs and then some. We will be back!

The cabin was the perfect spot for a mountain getaway. It was well appointed and we really enjoyed time in the hot tub and sitting in the creek area. The cabin is roomy for a group of 4 adults and all their stuff, including backpacking gear. The welcome wine and cheese was also very appreciated!

Probably one of the nicest places to stay in Helen. It is next door to the Welcome Center, but yet very quiet with your own designated parking space. A very short walk to two river tubing places, restaurants with gluten-free options, stores and more. 1/2 mile from rollercoaster. 1 mile from the center of Helen. Around the corner from golf cart rental. Don't stay here...that way it won't be booked up the next time I want to visit (wink wink)!

The cabin rental in Helen was amazing. We brought our five kids here and they had a great time. They were able to experience making s’more for the first time and there is enough property for them to run around and have fun. It’s peaceful here and only two minutes from downtown Helen. I would definitely recommend coming here and staying for the week or weekend. We will definitely stay here once again on our next trip to Helen, GA.

We rented both houses Jack and Jill to accommodate our family of 22. These houses are stunning and huge. Hannah was a huge help in getting us set up and going above and beyond to help me. The beds and pillows were comfortable, everything was clean, and unlike the other vrbos we stayed at the dishes and pots and pans were actually nice and not scratched up or stained. We loved being able to cook meals everyday and having a spot for everyone in the same kitchen. Each night we were there the whole family talked about how beautiful the houses are and how nice it was to have everyone al together.

10 out of 10 recommend this home! We have had the best time! The pool & hot tub are wonderful ! The location does not get any better. It is private and spacious. The baby deer at the front porch was a highlight ! Exactly what we were hoping for. The team responded quickly to our questions and were super friendly. I look forward to next time! Beautiful home, high up in the foothills of the Appalachiens. Extraordinarily quiet, each bedroom has an en suite bath, which is quite convenient. Plenty of linen, plenty of dishes. instructions to get in and out were very clear and worked perfectly. Our group of eight adults had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay.

This review is for our stay at Alpine River Suites #404 on Sept 26-28, 2025. The rental was great! This is a one-bedroom suite, very nicely appointed (updated kitchen, bath, nice TV, etc.). The back of the suite opens out to the river and has partitions on either side of the back deck for privacy, which was nice. You can walk down to the river (very close) and we even saw deer playing in the field across the river, which was pretty cool. This place was very relaxing and also had great proximity to downtown Helen. We walked everywhere - never had a need to get in the car. Honestly, we feel like we got exactly what we paid for and would gladly stay here again. Great spot to stay to be close to the Oktoberfest activities. Cabin Rentals of Helen was also great - kept in touch with us via texts, made sure we had everything we needed from cabin access (no keys - keypad lock) to general comfort with our stay. 100% recommend the rental company and this property.

This Alpine River Suites unit 404 was great. Plenty of room for us and the hardest thing about this unit was figuring out which switches operated what. (Lights vs. Fans. Haha!) We have no complaints and would definitely stay there again. The fireplace was great and warmed us up nicely. We could walk to Festhalle in 5 minutes. The theme was great too. I read the complete Gettysburg Address from the pic on the wall. Probably been 50 years or more since I did that. Great condo, great location and great communication with staff...which is so important. 5 outta 5!
