The cabin was in in a nice quiet area but the cabin wasn't clean. The countertop had salt everywhere, dead bug's, and covered in dust. They have ice trays in the freezer but they were all also empty. I wouldn't recommend these cabin's at all

The BEST experience. I was fortunate to celebrate my daughters birthday with a few friends in Cabin 1. It’s everything that you want in a cabin. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, abundance of linens AND THE MOST INCREDIBLE BACK PORCH!!!! We were all So excited about the back deck. It’s a great, clean, creekside resort for families. This review is from the last year. I was looking for a cabin for my anniversary and I am so glad I found this cabin. The person who answered the phone was great putting us in a very nice cabin. It has all you need to cook if you want it and have a peaceful time. We were next to a creek so we spent time outside relaxing. It is not that far from the main road but enough to be quiet. The cabin is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We didn’t have no problem with WiFi. I will definitely come back here!!

We came to this area for the Helen Balloon Race. This was an excellent place to stay. Quiet, sereene, relaxing, felt like home. Will be coming back. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The best part of our vacation. Our grandson loved the little creek, that was literally right off of our deck. It was clean, and quiet, and still very close to Helen. The owners were amazing. We will definitely be going back!

I usually don't like writing a review. But this is plain wrong. I first stayed here 2 years ago. It was pleasant. Anyway. I booked for 4 days stay the owner took all 4 days rent not only a deposit. The whole thing. Well as things happen I work around alot of people I got sick real sick. I texted the owner and told her about 2days prior. Well she texted me back and sounded mad. Oh she was worried about trying to rent it out again Well on her website I read a review she did rent it out. She seems like she has no intention of sending me back any money. This turned out to be a thief and crook. I couldn't help I got sick. Let God be the judge of this one.

Just a disaster all around. The listing for our cabin had the incorrect number of bathrooms on it, the owner insisted it didn't, and that she warned us, so I verified on the site, and sure enough, as of this review it's still wrong. Checking email correspondence shows she did not tell us via email as well. The bathroom is also very old and dirty, to the point that my wife and kid refused to shower there. We also killed 5 spiders before we even put our stuff inside, the door doesn't seal at all because it needs adjustment, so the spiders just come and go at their leisure. There is also a very loud noise, maybe AC related, that sounds like someone is wheeling something around downstairs that woke us up constantly at night. Long story short, we ended up leaving a day early because of how miserable my family was at Cabin 4.

My husband and I have been coming to this beautiful, relaxing, cabin for the past 5 years. We happened to find it unexpectedly but Cabin on the Creek has become our special anniversary get away. The owners are always kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It's clean, private and has a creek that runs under the decks. So serene and relaxing.
