I had a terrible experience. Please run from this place. I was looking to file for Chapter 13 to stop a garnishment. This qas back in June I paid the fee in full. My payments which i was told from the beginning would be at the most 1100 including my mortage, I had my meeting with Burrow and he never inform me during the neeting what my payment was and so I called Lisa she told me it will be 500 a month. When I received my paperwork it stated 760 bi weekly and my mortage wil be paid seperate. I email Lisa and told her I could not afford this I was worse off with this plan. And i no longer wanted to move forward. This was October18. She called me we discussed and the next thing the trustee sending a letter to my job asking them to take 760 bi weekly from my check and the bad thing I am still to this day getting garnished from one of the creditor thats included in the payment plan. The garnishment never stopped. They still schedule a meeting with the creditors after i told Lisa thats not what i want to do. I refuse to meet and finally she sent me a voluntary dismissal form to fill out. I was not represented well at all. You moving like you on the creditor side and as if they are paying you. Feel free to reach out to me at anytime. I have emails of all the discussions. I should not have a bankrupty on my revord because of your neglect
