I had a terrible experience at Burger King today. I specifically requested that my chicken fries be freshly prepared and even told the cashier I was willing to wait. Despite this, I was given food that was clearly old, distasteful, and downright disgusting. This was my first meal of the day after a long shift at work, and I was looking forward to a hot, fresh meal—not what I was served. To make matters worse, I’ve tried calling the store multiple times to speak with a manager, but the phone either goes unanswered or immediately goes to a busy signal. At this point, I strongly recommend others go elsewhere if they expect decent service or food quality. I will be returning the food in person on Monday when I’m back in Athens. This level of service is unacceptable.

When I arrived at the Burger King, I was greeted quickly by the order taker. Upon placing my order Everything was repeated back to me And the cashier was very friendly. I received my food and a very fast, timely manner, and everything was hot and fresh! The mozzarella sticks are always cooked to order and I love that about this place. I will be returning.

Kim and Kee were the only 2bpeople in the building and they were very busy! Both ladies kept a smile and continued working. My food was fresh and hot. I got a crown and they were passing out candy which i loved!! Will be returning.

Alright, so I just had Burger King 🍔 for the first time in ages, and I'm giving it a solid 3-star rating. The Whopper was pretty good, with that flame-broiled taste I remember, although it wasn't the best burger I've ever had.🍟 The fries were hot and crispy, which is always a win in my book, but the service was a little slow.🤷♀️ Overall, it's a decent fast-food option when you're craving a burger. Update: I was with some purple who wanted to stop in. I thought, it's been quite a while, maybe I'll give em another try. I should have stuck to my original vow to never go back. Still awful. And to BK corporate, your tiny, crusty, uniform, ponytail holder lookin onion rings (it's gotta be onion mash inside, because there was not a ring to be found) are DISGUSTING. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told i had to come inside to place the order, in a very bored & fed up tone. Went inside to a girl who rolled her eyes at me as i came in. Ordered a whopper w/cheese and a few min later was handed my bag, went outside to my truck and took out the burger. I put the burger on my lap top grab the napkins in the bag and realized there was grease all over my hands. I picked up the burger and the whole underside was coated in grease. Which got onto my pants. I put the bag on my lap and pulled out the burger and it was literally thrown together, looked ragged and almost limp. It didn't even taste good. I'll never go back. Ever.

Today my wife and I had the best impossible burger we have had! They were hot, flavorful and fresh down the grill. It was not dried out like most but juicy. Thanks Burger King, we’ll be back.

I ordered an 8pc chicken fry, lg fry, oreo shake and lg sprite and 2 BBQ sauces. They tell me when I get to the window that the ice cream machine is down. So I tell them "well I can I have my money back for the shake then" and dude looked mad surprised that a customer would want their money back for something the never received? Left after being told "no, youll have to do it through the app" Turns out they never even gave me the BBQ sauce either. Food is cold.

Waited 18 minutes for a burger after waiting 5 mins for someone to answer the window. Got pulled up to preserve their drive time and still got the wrong order. 23 mins for a stale cold burger. Yalls time might not be worth much but ours is... Guess who's buying this garbage, because it ain't the crew. Pay attention or close this location down too. BK and it's staff has become pitifully sorry
