The East campus dorms are very modern and well kept. Was impressed with the staff and security presence around the area and it's proximity to nearby areas. Parking for this dorm/building is a large lot (E06) & is about 5 minute walk. I did see E05 parking, but unsure if this is a garage or not as it was not visible by the road.

It is such an nice building and I love the building but The staff has been horrible since Christmas 2016. They don't do anything for the residents and they are all lazy and incompetent (there were only 3 people that actually do there work). I paid a lot to live in this building because it was a nice building but I am so disappointed to see where my money is going. The front desk never picks up the phone during the night they leave doors unlocked and they don't even care when you stand in front of the desk. They are all sleeping, listening to music with headphones, or watching YouTube videos. It is very disappointing...the cleaning staff leaves bleach on the floor of the shower and they don't even vacume the tiny piece of carpet they are suppose to vacuum. I am not being a privilege white girl.. this building is really expensive so I think they should make the minimum effort.

Dorm rooms are surprisingly spacious. Hallways have study rooms and facilities interspersed between rooms and quiet/peaceful vibes here.

This is the place to stay as a student at UGA! The building is super nice! PRIVATE BATHROOMS!!! Building 1516 is a newer building and has Beautiful, spacious rooms!
