I’ve been a resident of Brighton Park for 2 years and really enjoy living here! The prices & amenities are great, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed in my apartment, maintenance usually came to fix it that same day. I also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff. Honestly love living here. The management has been here for over 15 years and has gone out of there way twice now to help me out with lost keys and service. For me, great management means a happy resident. The complex is simple, but the apartment is well taken care of and is what you make it. Absolutely and by far the most bang from your buck that I could find in Athens. Plenty of parking, noise isn't ever an issue, and the complex is pretty calm (mostly young adults, no college kids really). I would recommend living here!

I moved in Jan 2016 and I'll be moving out July 2017. Brighton Park is just perfect. Cheap pricing, clean apartments/townhouses, clean grounds. The landscaping is nothing special, but who cares about that anyway. FREE Monthly pest control keeps the bugs at bay (Keep an insect trap near your back patio door to catch spiders). When you need something fixed, which is rare, maintenance will probably fix your problem that same day. Pay your rent on time and you won't hear or see management unless you go see them. You also won't hear your neighbors, since the apartments are built with bricks. If I didn't have to relocate for a new job, I wouldn't even think about moving.

This place is so peaceful, I felt very safe living there. Apartments are SUPER spacious while affordable & maintenance arrived right away for even the smallest requests. They take care of their residents. Great place to live!

My friends & I were the very first residents here as college students....20 years ago in 1997 which is CRAZY! I lived in 2 different apts here & then moved to another property managed by the same company. They were amazing to us, I'll never forget the times spent here. Great to see they are still keeping up the property. I still bleed RED & BLACK ;-)

I Mr.Jitendra Patel says that......... - I'm leaving with my family from June 1, 2011 to still today in this apartments. - This property is always means every single day very good, nice clean & neat property. - Excellent maintenance of whole property including Swiming Pool, Walk-way, Mail-Box as well as Garbage. - This property is always Safe property, & there is No Doubt in that. - In last four years, I never see any single trouble in any apartment. - In adition that, In last four years, I never see any single police car regarding trouble in any single apartment. - Every single day,2-3 times Apartment Owner visit Personally,Frequently & Suddenly. - During last four years, Two times I visited India with my family & I just informed to Apartments Office & Owner said, " Don't Worry, Enjoy your India visit & I'm here ". - During that time, Owner specially keep Eye on particular that apartment. - Apartment Service Speed just like Electric Power Speed.
