My experience with Julia was calming. In the throes of some very angst filled times in my life right now. I was apprehensive about going to therapy and within moments of meeting her, I felt calm and reassured. I’ve been feeling crazy for weeks and it was just nice to have someone listen without judgement and remind me I’m not a lost soul and I’m not losing my mind. I’m simply processing and healing. I really appreciated her patience and understanding. The facility itself was warm and calming from the moment I walked in and it really put me at ease.

If you’re in the neurodivergent category and you go see a therapist who doesn’t understand, you’re going to probably end up feeling worse. Tyler helped me understand my ADHD brain for the first time in my life. I can’t say enough good about how much help I got from him.

This was my first therapy session and I can’t wait to get back. Cullen is a great listener and gave me good advice. He asked one question, specifically, that I kind of can’t stop thinking about and it’s really helped contextualize my issue.

Jessica Cox is a phenomenal therapist! You can tell when someone is just going through the motions of their job vs. truly listening and caring for their patients and that she does with her whole heart. She has a very calm, open, loving and kind demeanor and I instantly felt comfortable sharing with her. I would highly recommend her and this practice to anyone looking for a safe space to heal.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Bailey at Bridge Family Therapy about 6 months ago. Since starting services here, my initially hesitant and doubtful perspective on therapy has changed immensely. For the first time ever in my therapy experience, I have found that I'm able to talk nicer to myself and give myself more grace. I have been able to increase my threshold of tolerance, and I'm actively working on the very important skill of being able to separate myself from my fears/anxieties, and approach them from a neutral, third-party point of view. I have learned different terms/mental health-related language that has allowed me to explain and identify certain phenomenons that I feel, but have never been able to put into words. In just these short 6 months working with Bailey at Bridge Family Therapy, compared to my 10+ years of previous therapy experience, I can confidently say that I have felt first-hand the positive results therapy services. For the first time in my life, I look forward to therapy and regard it as valuable and beneficial to my life. Thank you, Bailey!!!

I didn't realize how much of a difference therapy was going to make in my life until I started going. Working with Bridge Family Therapy over the past year has been hugely beneficial to me and it's now become an essential part of my lifestyle. Growing up I had the perception of therapy as something you go to when you have problems but I've realized if you care about your performance and functionality as a person then equipping yourself with the right tools is one of the best ways to improve as an individual even if you don't have one specific problem to solve. Therapy is a crucial tool and should not be overlooked.

After graduating college and moving to Georgia for work, I decided it was time to go back to therapy. Julia has created such a safe environment for navigating difficult life changes. I feel listened to while also having honest, and sometimes hard conversations.
