I am giving 3 stars because of the great experience with my youngest child. The therapist he sees is amazing and very responsive. I took away stars because of a not so great experience with my oldest. We set up his first appointment with a different therapist. About and hour and half before his appointment, we get a messaged that it was canceled. The therapist was sick. Ok, it happens. The therapist said he would reach back out to get us back on the schedule. That was 8/17. I waited and waited and never heard anything. On 8/26 I messaged the therapist asking to get on the schedule. He has never responded. I had such high hopes because of the great experience with my youngest.
