Alright so we ordered door dash yesterday from this place and we got og fried/garlic sauce and kimchi fried rice, it took almost 2hours and that's fine because it was game day, and the food came wrong they put spicy sauce for og fried chicken and we asked refund for that, and they didnt even gave us refund. It is through third party system but yall are the ones who messed up our order?

We’ve always loved the food at bb.q chicken and made it a tradition to eat there whenever we visited our child. However, a recent experience has left us deeply disappointed and reconsidering whether we’ll return. Last August, the restaurant ran a fun promotion—spend a certain amount, play beer pong or spin the prize wheel, and win rewards. We participated, won a few prizes, and left the claim stubs with our child so he could redeem them later. When he returned to claim the prizes, the manager accused him of faking the stubs. This was not only upsetting but also completely uncalled for. It’s unfortunate that what started as a fun experience ended with such a negative interaction

The food was delicious and amazing. Even now almost 3 hrs later. I just now got around to eating. I wish I had taken pictures. The wings were well sauced and crispy, the only thing I think is missing (and it more up to personal taste) a sauce for the bulgolgi fries. It was my first time so there may be one and I just wasn't aware. Either way they were flavorful as is. We grabbed a drink while waiting and again, no quarrel . We will definitely be back

Shi was delicious and scrumptious. Perfect spiciness. Got take out and they were quick with it despite being late at night. Def getting more, go order the teriyaki chicken rice bowl

We miss the deal but we were okay with that. We try the food and it was good. The chicken was cripsy. The waiter was nice and ask us if this was our first time which it was. She explain everything to us and how we miss the deal but thats was ok. My issue is it was hard finding parking to eat here. So beware of finding a place to park. However, the food is great and will come again.

Great place to come in to eat and drink. I’ve personally tried most if not all the menu and love almost everything on it. I recommend the cheesling wings! It is a long wait time, but the food is fresh.

I wish I had photos but we quite literally ate the food as soon as it got to our table. It was absolutely delicious everything was well cooked, fresh and delicious would 100% recommend. The service was wonderful if was one young man and he was so nice and efficient.
