Went here the other day, got a bowl and a nachos. Employee made the bowl fine, but when it got to the nachos, he skipped over the meat. I asked him if he added the spicy chicken and he claimed he did, even though I am standing here watching him make the food and he did not touch the meat. So I waited until the nachos made it's way to me where I looked in there myself, and saw there was no spicy chicken anywhere. When I took it back to the line, he still claimed he put the meat in there, without even looking to see for himself that there was none. He then said he would put some more and tell me that now I have extra, presuming me to be a liar just trying to get extra meat. Very unprofessional. Good thing the one on Epps is better.

I come here fairly regularly but that's going to change after my last few experiences. Today, in particular, I ordered a ground turkey mino burrito via my app. They finished it up as I was there. Got home and the thing was ice box cold. Not room temp. But actually cold. It was it pretty gross and disappointing for $12. I always tip on the app. Gonna stop doing that since I'm tipping for cold burritos, forgotten guacamole, and sometimes mediocre service at best.

We love this place so much. My daughter is eating paleo, so getting take out can be challenging but we know our local Barberitos only uses fresh ingredients. Taste and value are always hand in hand.

I have been to this location a good bit of times but today was by far the worst. I witnessed the girl that was putting the toppings on the food be incredibly rude to a LITTLE girl. she acted like everything the girl wanted on her burrito was a problem, rolled her eyes and made that poor girl incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that she was rude to me and my husband as well. She gave us the same type of attitude she gave the girl in front of us. She looked like she absolutely hated being there. I understand people have bad days but the way she was acting was not appropriate… will not be back for a while at this location.

Great food, but most unenthusiastic service I've ever encountered. Could barely understand the servers, no help in selections or what condiments were being offered, and they didn't even ask me if I wanted another item, if I wanted a drink, cheese dip, etc. they just stared at me over the sneeze guard. I must have been an inconvenience to their afternoon. If this what we have to expect for service from this younger generation as we get older, we're all doomed.

I miss BARBERITOS.. I moved out of state.. but when I come back for an Athens visit.. I will definitely stop in! -jbm 2023-05-25 I 💙 their Organic Salads! Wonderful dining. Politeness and Professional Staff. Conveniently located. Sanitized and clean establishment. Many visits and enjoy all. Always a crowd and busy... which is a very good sign of business!

Ordered two bowls, specifically no onions on either (got the receipt to prove it). Guess what showed up? Enough raw onion to start a garden. If you're allergic or just anti-onion like me, maybe skip the online order-unless you enjoy culinary roulette. The cheese dip was fantastic as always though!

This individual store continues to decline. The young girl was so hateful, the gentleman making the food definitely did not want to be there and I didn't even ask for anything extra. The food portion has declined, not as fresh and never any Sweet tea. If you want Barberitos go to Prince Ave. I should have learned my lesson the last two visits.

I was just in for lunch. This place is SO DISGUSTING! It’s likely the dirtiest place I’ve seen in a long time. This was the napkin holder on the table where you eat. Dust and dirt all over.. including where they have food. I couldn’t even stay to eat in because it was that gross. Interested to see what their food score is because I saw some really disgusting things on the food line.

Usually it’s really good food but when you order rice and beans and only get beans it’s a bit disheartening. Not to mention the order was COMPLETELY WRONG get better crew or just shut it down because this is the third time this has happened and it’s pathetic
