Great church to go to if you’re looking to build a strong relationship with Christ. Everything they preach comes from the Bible, and they always have lots of events going on to get/stay involved! They’re very welcoming of anyone and there’s an especially large amounts of teens/young adults (12-35) that are involved and seem excited to live for God. Definitely recommend Athens Victory Chapel for anyone from any background!

Athens Victory Chapel is a big happy family! I have been a member for over 30 years and always look forward to going to church and being in God’s presence. The song service is so uplifting, and the sermons are always timely and encouraging. I am so thankful for our pastors and cherish my friendships at church.

I’ve been going to Victory Chapel Athens since I was a teenager. I can’t think of no greater church in the Athens area than Victory Chapel. I’ve established friendships that have lasted for 25+ years! Great quality GOD fearing individuals that attend Victory Chapel. If you are looking for a church in the Athens area that strives to make Jesus a priority, come to Victory Chapel.

Started going to this church when I was a UGA student. God led me to this church at the perfect time! Choosing to grow in Christ with the believers at this church is the best decision I’ve ever made. All glory to God!

I had a friend who goes here. I sadly can't go to church due to my parents being busy. Does this church accept members of the LGBTQ+ community? I'm omnisexual which means to have an attraction towards all genders & have preferences & is regardless of gender so we do care about the gender. I want a friendly very accepting church for the future. 🏳️🌈👍😎

This church really preaches the unfiltered gospel. The people are friendly and kind and the pastor is honest and helpful. I feel challenged here to really live for God in all areas of my life. Pastor LaValley is really doing God's work.

I had the best church experience ever in this place. I had to move out of town, otherwise I would be there every time the doors were open. Very friendly people, great atmosphere and clear declared truth. Very sincere people that mean it when they say "welcome" .

It is a place where other people offer you friendship, love, affection and pray for your needs, and where the gospel is preached with the truth.

I didn’t go to this church, but I got harassed and solicited by people claiming to be from this church at a public restaurant in Athens, which I didn’t appreciate. Please tell your members to stop doing this, it just makes your church look bad and it ruins people’s meals.
