After a year and half of trying to complete the pre-license course online, I decided that a classroom environment was the best way for me to go. My time in class was definitely worth it! Levi Brooks is an amazing, caring and knowledgeable instructor who breaks down each chapter to make it much easier to understand. He is always available for any questions and/or concerns. He takes the time to make sure his students know the material and will equip you with the confidence and tools you need to pass the class and go on to pass the state exam. I absolutely enjoyed being in Levi’s class. There was never a boring moment. Thank you Levi!

I have taken my Pre-License as well as other Courses over the past 3 years with Instruction from both Levi Brooks and Jon Head. They offer both in person and online Classes. Personally; I learn more efficiently in a Classroom setting, yet still not with ease. Classes are taught with great care to reach not just those who easily learn, but also those who may need a second explanation! Even with the attention given to make sure all in the class are ready to move on, the tempo is fluid. Questions and examples are given in real life events to make it relevant to the Market. I mentioned above that I had taken Classes over the past 3 years; I passed my Course and the State Exam to receive my License in October of 2016. Since that time, I have earned award levels in my local Board with Sales well over 3 Million for years 2 and 3! I attribute this not just to my eagerness to do well in this business but to the foundation of knowledge that I have from my time and experience with Athens Real Estate Academy.
