Nice place to live! Let me make some edits! The property manager is really passionate about getting people placed in, but I will admit she has a load on herself! The best way to communicate is via email! Most of the units have been assigned but she does have a waiting list! Also these are not section 8 so you must have income, they are income restricted

Where do I start?! Brand new never lived in homes, brand new washer and dryer’s, farmhouse sinks, private balcony/porch, trash disposal in sink, fitness rooms, computer room, pavilion with grills, shade, and fans. We have a community newsletter, community only events, and an office staff dedicated to keeping our community safe, clean, and respectful! Very quiet in the evenings and beautiful views, I also love that the property manager and staff have a standard and will remind and hand out violations if not followed! I love my neighborhood thank you Athens Flats!

I moved in on July 11th, and I have experienced nothing but great things since I've been a tenant. Initially, the office was overwhelmed with applicants, so I understood why some calls and tours went unanswered. Ms. Dionne has been amazing, very friendly, and makes you feel right at home. I love my apartment, particularly its layout, location, and, most importantly, the lighting. I absolutely love this complex!

I visit my family in the community all the time. The manage is always there , pleasant and always greeting me with a smile. The community is well put together, friendly neighbors and the cleanliness is 10/10. Unlike the other complexes I’ve been to around Athens with trash all over and unpleasant management and neighbors. I appreciate anyone helping keep our environment clean and safe especially for the kids ! So I highly recommend Athens Flats if you’re interested in a comfortable place to call home inside and out ! :)

I think I might have the same problem as everyone else which is I need to find an apartment asap for work and college for my son which is in August and I ran across Athens Flats which look really good at the prices and the location, but when I turn in my application in July it said that they can not view my screening for some reason. So, email and call the number that they give me on my application and no response from neither of them. I have try everything I could already but nothing work out, now I’ll just have to hope that things will get figure out quick before August or else I will have to look for another apartments which is really close in time.

For the past two weeks they have been unresponsive and never in the office, me and a few other people came for scheduled tours and no one was on site, no one to answer the door and the next day there was a sign stating "by appointments only". We had appointments👀 and still nothing, no return calls, no return emails. Is anybody else having this issue?

A very nice place to live...... Brand new never lived in before you apartments comes with washer and dryer........ Each unit has their own personal wi-fi....... Water and garbage all included in the rent.. the office staff is very welcoming...... Friendly..... And professional they are awesome!!!
