I was a previous resident at Arch + Vine for a little over a year. I would highly recommend living here for anyone considering a place to stay in Athens. The location is convenient and maintenance is exceptional. The pool is especially underrated and the yoga room is clutch. I called yesterday with some questions about my move out and Kate was extremely helpful in assisting me. I would move back in a heart beat if I was still local!

I am so impressed with everything about Arch & Vine. KUDOS to Sanai B. & the staff... they are incredibly kind, responsive, and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the buildings are well-constructed and clean. I feel safe and secure (gated community), and the location is excellent, close to shopping and transportation. Its a nice and quiet "woodsy" place. The rooms are spacious, airy and naturally lighted. The appliances and carpets were new when we moved in, The maintenance and the staff is great. There were several minor maintenance issues but were quickly resolved. I highly recommend A&V!

To start. I contacted the office and manager personally without anything more than an ‘assurance’ the situation wouldn’t happen again. After 3 years of living here, we moved out on January 8th 2025. Last day officially was the 7th, called and said we had a handful of things left and would get them the following day. No worries. The following day we get the remainder of our things and go to return our keys. During the key turn in, we mention that a pair of sunglasses (prescription) were missing from where we saw them last. The locks had been changed, and staff had been inside. The front desk administrator called the staff that were in the apartment and asked about the glasses. The response in return was they did not see glasses in the apartment. Approximately 6 minutes later, the sunglasses are handed to me by an employee of Arch & Vine entering the front door of the main office. They were ‘found in the shop’. The situation was all chocked up to miscommunication. After contacting the office manager, I asked for any disclosure into record keeping of items moved or taken from apartments. After 2 emails, I received a verbal reassurance to correct the incident and some photos of other peoples things. 7 years of management, and I received 8 pictures total. We are currently searching through our things after moving, and seeing what is what. My faith in Arch & Vine is far from sanguine. There has been zero attempt to make amends with ourselves in this situation. Making it right with us was in the way of pictures. 8 of them. After inventory is complete from boxes moved, a report of theft will be made to the Athens PD to ensure there is a record and to recover other possible missing things. Please be Warned when moving into this complex and moving out. You may soon be the victim of theft as well.
Tre' Lance
I have lived here at Arch + Vine for nearly a year and a half now, and my experience has been quite satisfying thus far. The staff have been helpful and welcoming since day one and the maintenance crew is exceptional as well. The price is incredible compared to other complexes in the area and the location is top quality, with the interstate located right beside the entrance and downtown only a five minute drive away. When we first moved into the apartments, back when they were named Oak Hill Apartments, I would of had to give the community only three stars. I now give it a solid five because of the tremendous improvements that have been made since new management has taken over, including changes in staff and the multitude of upgrades that have been or are currently being done to improve this community. Arch + Vine is now the perfect place to call 'Home".

We have lived at Arch + Vine for almost 3 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Tammy and Sandi do a wonderful job of creating a sense of community, as well as being helpful and informative always. And the maintenance team, Gwen and Phillip, do an incredible job of keeping things up and running. They are prompt and efficient when responding to help tickets, as well as keeping everything else in the complex running. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, and highly recommend Arch + Vine as a safe and lovely place to live.

I have been living here since June and absolutely love it. My apartment met beyond my expectations. Tammy and Sanai are always so kind and welcoming when I go into the office. I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team! Phillip and Gwen are always prompt, professional, and go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Whether it's a small repair or a larger issue, they handle it with efficiency and a positive attitude. I’ve had to call them a few times for various issues, and each time, they’ve responded quickly and resolved the problem with ease. It’s clear everyone at Arch + Vine takes pride in their work, and it truly shows.

Overall, I had a good experience living at Arch + Vine from August 2023-August 2024! The leasing agents are friendly, especially Sanai! The water was very hot, the rooms were spacious, and for an un-renovated unit the appliances were in decent condition. All of my maintenance issues were addressed almost immediately after submitting a request. I also really enjoyed the yoga studio and walking around property when I was there. This apartment complex is in a very convenient location since it is close to downtown Athens, UGA, grocery stores, and the highway. My complaints are pest control and trash pickup related. Since April 2nd, 2024, half dead bees made their way into my kitchen, guest room, guest bathroom, and master bedroom; this problem was never fixed. There were a lot of gnats and a few half dead palmetto/waterbug problems in my unit during the warmer months. Lastly, the trash pick-up service was inconsistent at times even though tenants were paying full price every month. Overall, I had a fairly positive experience at Arch + Vine in my un-renovated 2B2Ba apartment!

Im currently not a resident here but i’ve been here a few times visiting my friend , and it is amazing up there . It’s always clean , they have nice apartments and a pretty lot . Ms.Tammy and Sanai are really nice and respectful. They are the example of professional people and they always have a great attitude when I visit. They have a nice pool area , gym and a yoga room. This is a great place to live if you ask me.
