This place is so delicious from wings to euros so whatever else you could probably think of pretty much got it. I usually get the chicken Philly with buffalo sauce, mild added, and that is on time. They also have great gyros. It’s about mid price from everything else so it’s not so bad but it’s worth it when she bite into that sandwich. My goodness I can taste it now.

I had an unfortunate experience at American Deli today. I typically visit the location by Beachwood, where I’m always given two blue cheese dipping sauces with my 10-piece combo. However, at this location, I received only one sauce, and to make matters worse, I was charged for an additional sauce. I ordered hot, wet lemon pepper wings, but when I received my order, the wings were simply wet lemon pepper. I brought this to the attention of the staff member, and she suggested drizzling sauce on top instead of remaking the order, which I felt was unacceptable. I was disappointed by her unwillingness to address the issue properly. Additionally, the wings didn’t taste anywhere near as good as the ones from the Beachwood location. The quality was noticeably lacking. I paid for my meal and expected it to be prepared as requested. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Was told by friends their wings were awesome so decided to try. The wings were the smallest wings I’ve EVER had. One of the two pieces of celery was bigger than the wing. The wet lemon pepper sauce was not good. Very disappointed. The fries were good but I will not be going back.

I’m so disappointed in this location just passing through wanted American Deli!!! I ordered shrimp fried rice with my order only to get home and discover that I didn’t receive what I paid for! (Even when she showed it to me I thought maybe the shrimp are at the bottom)But wait in order for my order to be corrected I would have to bring it back on Monday because they are closed on Sunday. NEVER stopping at this location again made me feel like I was lying about my food order

“Good times call for good food!” Is what the cup reads, and let me tell you it is correct. Best fried rice I’ve ever had. When I entered the facility I was immediately greeted by the cashier with a smile (even though they were wearing a mask, you could tell). They took my order and the food was ready in under five minutes, not to mention it was in the middle of the lunch rush too. I made the decision to sit inside and eat. The tables were nice and clean and it wasn’t crowded at all. When I was finished with my meal, I was wished a good day by the cashier again and went on my way. I couldn’t recommend it enough. do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this amazing restraunt. go dawgs!

Really good place to eat. The wings are not good at all cause they are so small and tiny. The sandwiches are really good. Even the cashier is super sweet and very nice. I have tried to put in a review to the corporate to brag about her but I don’t know her name. Does anyone know who the Hispanic girl is who works the cashier on Epps Bridge Parkway? I would love to know her first name so I can put in a excellent review on her

Every experience is different but mine was great! I called ahead and ordered. The lady over the phone was very nice and even asked when would I like to pick up. I let her know between 5-10 minutes and it was ready within 2 minutes of me arriving. I ordered a 10 piece wing meal(half mild half Teriyaki) which comes with fries and a drink and it was delicious! Restaurant was clean and the patrons all seemed happy. This will definitely be my American Deli location from now on.

I got the lemon pepper crispy and wet. They were exactly as I wanted them. I will def give them another try. This was my first time at this location. I usually go to Broad St, which is the standard of how all American Deli should serve and food taste.
