I've had a great experience living at 755 East Broad Street! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to downtown Athens and the UGA campus. The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious with plenty of natural light. The building offers great facilities too, including a well-equipped gym, secure parking, and a relaxing common area. Management is friendly and quick to respond to any issues, and maintenance is always prompt. Overall, it's a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live. Highly recommended!

I lived here for 3 years WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.. we had a maintenance man who work here who was entering units and stealing out of them not to mention sniffing panties all this is caught on camera it’s a video about it on YouTube with a million views DO NOT MOVE HERE

I only got to live at 755 Broad for a year because I’m moving out of Athens but I’ve sincerely enjoyed my time as a resident. The building is quiet and very walkable to many places downtown and north campus. I only had to put in a couple of maintenance requests and both were fulfilled the next day. Staff is responsive to concerns and there is guest parking which makes it convenient to have visitors. You need a card to access the lobby, elevators, and staircases which made me feel safer living alone. Friends could use the call box in front of the lobby which would notify me with a FaceTime call so I knew that I was buzzing the correct person in. The complex was always kept clean and there are trash rooms on every floor with trash and recycling to make disposing of waste convenient. Packages were often delivered right to my door and mailboxes are in the lobby. Also, this complex is pet-friendly and my cat was happy living here too.

The management and maintenance team is exceptional, and they do an amazing job of keeping everything running smoothly and making residents feel right at home. With great views, countless amenities, and the best location you could ask for, there is really nothing 755 Broad lacks. I will always have fond memories of my time here.
