Kim and the entire 255 team are absolutely incredible! From the moment my husband and I stepped onto the property, we just knew—it was the perfect place for our wedding. During my tour, they were so warm and welcoming, patiently answering every question I had. In the months leading up to the big day, the team checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track, which gave me so much peace of mind. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly and felt truly magical. I wholeheartedly believe that the venue and their amazing team played a huge part in that. 255 is hands down my favorite spot in athens now and will always hold a special place in my heart. Every corner of the property is filled with stunning decor and thoughtful details—it's absolutely beautiful from start to finish.

Kim and the entire team at 255 are truly incredible and have made the most beautiful venue. We booked our date 2 years in advance and they constantly kept in touch with us. The venue was beyond our dreams and the new renovations really added to its beauty. The house gives such a soft sophisticated style that truly creates for the most beautiful backdrop. We also hired 255 for bar services and they ran three bars so smoothly. Kim has created a wonderful environment and I’m so thankful for them.

My husband and I knew we wanted to get married at 255 before we were even engaged. We were so obsessed that we booked with them without having an in-person tour first, and it was honestly the best decision!! Our wedding weekend could not have been more amazing and beautiful! They make the wedding planning process SO EASY by having lots of vendor options in-house, and were always available if I had questions. We were able to have coordination services, rentals, florals, and bar services through them which made everything so much simpler. Kim, Bonnie, Megan, and their team were incredibly organized, professional, and made sure everything went perfectly. Kim’s design meetings really helped bring our dreams to life, and the flowers (thank you to our lovely florist!) were everything I’d ever imagined! It was truly the best weekend ever!! The whole day flowed naturally, and we never felt rushed. Everything we wanted to do, how we wanted to feel throughout the weekend - they helped set us up for success. Kim made sure that everything went smoothly and was there to check in on us while also running the day. The venue is certainly beautiful and elegant, but their team and the experience they provide is invaluable. We are so grateful for the care and intention that they poured into making our dream wedding a reality!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My husband and I got married at 255 Milledge in April of 2024, and it was better than anything I could have ever dreamed of. Working with the staff at 255 is SO easy, and they work tirelessly to make your dream wedding come to life. Their bar service and florals are outstanding, too. If you're looking to get married in the Athens area, this is literally the only spot you should consider. Their grounds are impeccable, the house is beautiful and historic, and the staff are organized, detailed, and professional. Every single guest that attended our wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to... the flow of the event is smooth and the property itself is gorgeous and unique. It really is genuine, southern hospitality and I would recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I got married at 255 a few weeks ago and it was the most perfect day ever! Kim and Megan are exceptional at what they do and go out of their way to make sure that you have the best day ever! They go above and beyond in making sure the day is going as smooth as possible. Megan was my go to person throughout the entire process and was always helpful with any questions I had and was great to work with! My family and I were also so grateful for her help with my 97 year old grandma that was able to join the ceremony after we were uncertain if she would be able to come. This meant so much to my family and I and we were so appreciative of her! Additionally, Kim takes pride in 255 and ensures that it's in pristine condition!! They are constantly updating the grounds and incorporating new features to elevate your experience. I really cannot recommend them enough, they were such a joy to work with and we will never get over how perfect our wedding day was!

The venue itself is stunning—we knew immediately when we toured it that we wanted to tie the knot here. Kim and Megan are amazing and worked with us leading up to the event and the day of the event to make everything run flawlessly. My husband and I got married at 255 Milledge 4/29/23 and I can't express how wonderful of an experience it was! Kim, Bonnie, and the entire staff helped me the entire way, starting from the day we selected 255 as our venue. All the ladies had wonderful communication, design ideas, and suggestions that helped everything come together spectacularly for our special day. Everything was organized on the online portal as far as payment deadlines, reminders, etc which was such a huge help as a bride who is juggling a million and one things. Kim was wonderful with vendor recommendations as well and truly made the planning process a seamless experience. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and the garden in the back made for the most breathtaking ceremony spot. April was a wonderful month with lots of flowers in bloom! The bridesmaids and groomsmen suites are clean and well decorated. Truly the perfect spots! Even staff members I had never met the day of our wedding were willing to drop what they were doing to help me, all with a smile on their face. I can't recommend 255 enough if you're looking for a beautiful and memorable wedding (or event) venue!

Using 255 Milledge was an absolute dream!!! While living in Athens, I visited 255 as part of planning a party for my boss and I absolutely fell in love with the property. Years later, once I got engaged I knew it was where I wanted to get married! We toured and my mom and fiancé fell in love as well. I cannot state enough how nice it is to have everything available on the property. From getting ready, to the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. No transportation needed! We booked immediately! Throughout the planning process the 255 staff were so helpful with recommendations for any vendor I could think of, tips, tricks, and promptly answering my tons of questions. We had a handful of calls in our year leading up to the event to ensure they understood our vision and could execute everything perfectly. In the month leading up to the big day, we worked with our coordinator, Megan, who was absolutely fantastic. She was on top of all the details, knew how to time everything perfectly and made sure our day went so smoothly! She was so even keeled and helped us feel so confident for our wedding day. Everything went perfectly, and we truly had the most beautiful day without any issue! I would be remiss if I did not shout out Kim and Bonnie as well! They were so fantastic throughout our planning process and so helpful. I would recommend 255 Milledge to anyone looking for a wedding venue in Athens. Me and my wife had our wedding at 255 Milledge on 03/25/2023 and I can't say enough great things about the entire experience! Me and my wife agree that it was one of the best days of our life and it was all thanks to Kim, Megan, and the rest of the wonderful staff at 255 Milledge. We opted for the month of coordination and it was 1000% percent worth it. The month of they handled all of the emails back and forth with vendors and the coordination with getting them set up and ready for a great day. We had a meeting with them about a month before and they ensured us to just enjoy our engagement and they would handle everything else. They totally delivered! We also opted for in house florals and everything was gorgeous! The day of the wedding was magical and Kim, Megan, and staff made sure everything flowed smoothly. Could not recommend them more! A wonderful experience! A++
