I drove to the address it told me to go but when arriving I did not see any part of an area that looked like you could drop a package off. This was a loading place for the UPS delivery trucks and the trucks were coming in and out like a busy New York Street so I drove right in and right out. I ended up taking the package to a UPS store at another location.

We are typically quite happy with our UPS deliveries and drivers. However, tonight we received a package which was dropped behind our trash can at the end of our driveway. I ubderstand that this is a riduculously busy time for deliveries, and that we have a sort of long driveway. That does not excuse dropping off a large package at the end of the driveway. Take the extra minute to take it to the porch and turn around and head out.

I have generally been pleased with UPS. I have been disappointed for my last delivery. I have had a package sitting in the Bogart facility since 2/17. I have called customer service and they did not know why my package is still there. In tracking the package it says processing. I am very disappointed with UPS.
