I had the special half off for the first three months Unlimited Premier Plan, but I will be canceling after this month. No matter how easy I take it on my AWD brakes to prevent brake dust, my rims always still come out of Zips grimy. Even when I spray rim cleaner on first before entering the wash. I always end up handwashing my rims at home afterwards. This is in addition to me paying $150 to $200 every other month for a full showroom detail on my car by my mobile detailer. My car is an investment that I want to last as long as possible, so upkeep is a must! My car should be FULLY clean exiting the car wash especially if it's a price tag of $45 per single wash outside of a plan. After I complete this month I will not be returning.

AWESOME AWESOME experience!! As a local top rated google guide and Elite Yelper, I was looking forward to giving this brand new business a try. Here is what makes them better than the rest! Dallas serviced us upon arriving. He was upbeat and super friendly. He educated us completely on their business and helped in determining what we needed. Their premium wash that’s only $25 is SO worth it. My car looks fabulous, I can’t even believe it. Here’s my very favorite part. They offer towels and cleaners to use complimentary. This is HUGE!! They are locally owned and everyone working was very warm, friendly, and accommodating. Please find our pictures attached to our review. Great job Fire Station Express. My firefighter hubby LOVES the name too!

Definitely a top notch car wash. Great employees, great vacuum suction and placement, and a detailing air gun for the tiny cracks and such. They also have a cart with various cleaners and towels for you to use freely! My favorite part about this place is that it’s SO spacious! I also saw a mat cleaning machine but did not use. This place is awesome and I wish they were closer to my house. I suggest you stop by and let your car shine!! It’s kind of expensive for the basic. $8 for a basic.. I suggest the Hook & Ladder wash for $12.

This is my favorite car wash to bring my car to in town. It can get pretty busy but they keep the traffic moving. My car always comes out looking spotless. I highly recommend this car wash. I don't bring my car anywhere else.

Terrible car was. My car literally looks just as dirty after $18 drive thru car wash. Asked if I could go thru again! No! Won’t be back. Don’t waste your money!!! Also very rude!

Hate to give such a bad review, but this place got a hold of our credit card and over 6 months they were charging us each month for a subscription, one that my wife had canceled! Owned by private equity firm. I would avoid.

This place is a joke!! The staff are not equipped to handle basic questions or handle customer service issues. When you go to leave they fly out another door and want to argue with you and try to intimidate the customer. They met their match with me, as I was not having it! It was my first last and only time, I will never go back.

Top car wash, top equipment, all the crew is very polite. Had a little issue with my car plate but Michael solved it in no time! Very happy to have this car wash close to my home.
