I went into the CBD store today for the first time ever. They were having a wellness day. I walked in and just looked around. I was asked by a man to come over to the table and try different forms of their medications. I am very sensitive when it comes to medication because I’m not sure how it will affect my body. After telling the man that I wasn’t interested in trying it because of that reason he basically got an attitude and took me to the cash register. I felt horrible after it happened. The man walked in the back and got some donuts and asked “you aren’t scared of them are you?” I was just shocked. Customer service is so important to me, and I am disappointed with my experience today.
