I have been coming here for years now and have never had any issues. The employees are friendly and remember my name, the quality is excellent, and the speed at which my film gets developed is next level! There are times when it gets sent back to me same-day! I will continue to come here for as long as I can, love their services.

I bought a film camera here a few years ago, and after it being unused for a while, it needed cleaning. Isabella was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. She made the camera look brand new. In less than 48 hours the camera was cleaned for a very reasonable price. The other staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

I was consistently coming here to get film developed and everyone has always been really nice and professional. I honestly stopped coming here because I had multiple instances of film taking 2+ weeks to get developed. One time it took over 3 weeks and they offered a $6 credit which was nice but not enough to entice me to keep coming here. I’m not patient enough to wait multiple weeks so I’ve just been going somewhere in Douglasville with a guaranteed 24 hour or less turnaround. Quality is good just very slow

I’m giving 5 stars because Emiline provided some of the best and friendliest service I’ve gotten recently! I had created a digital work with an awkward resolution and I wanted it printed on the same day. Because of the awkward size, no regular photo printers were able to provide me with a high quality product — especially on the same day. Fortunately, I found Wolf and was connected to Emiline over the phone. She spent the time determining the best size for my work, printing a high quality image, custom cutting it to fit my frame (the size of which she recommended), and then she wrapped it up with a nice ribbon. All of that was within a couple of hours while being extremely friendly and willing to help. I know where to go next time for my photo printing needs. Highly recommend working with Emiline — 10/10!

Cannot express how much I love them!! Film gets processed much faster than promised, staff is super friendly, and there is a loyalty program with little cute film cards (every 11th camera is free to develop). They use WeTransfer to share photos and even give you a call when the link has been emailed. I used to get my film developed elsewhere, but once I discovered Wolf Camera I never went back :)

FINALLY 'have found a professional photo shop that goes above and beyond for photo restoration, photo duplicate copies, and customer service. I had a number of very old family heirloom photos that I was hoping to restore and share with family members. One of the photos was a VERY old photo of my grandparents on a horse and carriage - probably about 100 years old: an unusual size 3.25x5.5, a color photo that was an aged tan/brown/cream colored, and was almost totally severed in half. I also dropped off additional enlarged family photos that ranged in sizes, some about 75 years old and others very recent. WOW! It was amazing on the day of pickup - to see these precious photos PERFECTLY restored - and the newer ones scanned. Even the color of the one over 100 years old is AMAZING - I didn't think it was possible! Each photo, regardless of age, was perfect! The manager and designer, Liv, and also the designer Anna Kate, could not have been anymore professional and brilliant. (I have to drive over an hour to get to this location, but it is worth the drive. I'll be back - and maybe next time will order one of the large photo wall options.)

The “would you like to leave a tip?”push for a photography store at check out, is a bit much First of all… I haven’t seen the completed project. (DVD transfer to USB stick). Second. I was told twice a manager would call and update me on “where my order was”. Never did. So I am sorry I didn’t tip this time. Hope you understand

Had a ton of ancient film I needed to get developed. Plus a recent disposable camera. They were running a sale for new customers so in I went. The girl was very helpful, suggesting another place as they don’t do black and white film unfortunately. Turnaround was very quick. I could have had it later that day but as I don’t live close by just came back for it a few days later. Everything looked good. I only got prints from the disposable but they looked as I would expect. There aren’t many places left to get film developed and I hate having to ship it away so it’s good to have at least one place I can still drive to.

If I could leave zero stars I would. These people are liars. I went in and the lady told me that if I bring my pictures right back that I can have them developed by the end of the day it doesn’t take that long to do digital developer, I used to work in a Photoshop I left and then I dropped my film back off and then she hits me with. I can’t Have the pictures until tomorrow, but my birthday is today very unprofessional and I wasted my money in time for no reason

This review is specifically for the associate who helped us. We went in to get prints of a few of our wedding photos. Haley helped us navigate the kiosk and also advise us on how a 5×7 gets cropped and in general guide us to making choices with which we were happy. She also helped us with frame selection.
