This dental office was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The staff was outstanding, with Brittany being truly exceptional. She provided excellent care from the moment I called to schedule my appointment until I checked out after my cleaning. The dental assistant guided me through each step of the process before Dr. Wooten arrived for my pre-exam and cleaning. Remarkably, Dr. Wooten personally performed the cleaning because they were short-staffed due to a hygienist's illness. Overall, this dental office exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed great conversations and received a thorough cleaning. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone seeking high-quality dental care, especially those who are new to the area.

Their care staff is wonderful. I awkwardly had a seizure in the chair during my last appointment and they handled it so well. The dental assistant called me later in the day to check on me which was super thoughtful. Dr. Durden did thousands of $$ worth of work on my mouth. All my crowns fit amazing and I’ve never felt better about my teeth. I can only 4 Star instead of 5 due to what feels like dishonesty when it comes to taking dental insurance. The last crown I had, I paid a ton out of pocket for. Completely unaware that this provider was out of network. I feel like someone in the practice should have known that and been transparent with me about it. I chocked up about $1100 up front, got my crown, and then a few weeks later got a $700 bill in the mail. Ouch…. Talked to MetLife and they said my provider was out of network and the practice should have told me that. Unfortunately that was enough for me to step away and seek care elsewhere. Pls be upfront with people… I’m a young kid paying my way through life, trying to prioritize my health. $1800 may not be a lot to some but it dang sure is to me. That was a huge blow and I’m saddened that I had to find all this out from a crummy insurance company instead of the dental practice I put my trust in.
