I went to my appointment on time. He was still with a patient. Three minutes later, I asked if I should reschedule. He told me it would be 3 more minutes. I left to go to the bathroom and when I got back he thought I had left for good. Now it is 8 minutes later and the other patient is still there. These are only 1/2 hour appointments. The other patient left and then he sat down and was being smart about why I was there. Now it is 10 minutes later after the fact. Then he scolded me for not filling out the form. I asked what form? Well, it ended up with my leaving. It is NOT OK to not be on time and it is NOT OK to be a smart aleck to a customer!!!! Shame on your unprofessional behavior.
