Got my car Feb 6th 2025 and it’s running perfectly. I don’t understand the negative reviews lol some say these people are rude but yet they been nothing but nice and professional to me. Some also say they cars broke down or they just simply had problem with their purchase, my family been shopping here since I was in middle school and now I’m 31 and I’ve never once heard my folks say anything about bad service or vehicles. It sounds like instead of being excited about getting a car quick and fast, some should actually check the car out before leaving the lot there’s a big sign that says sold as is and that is made known to you before purchasing and signing. They also don’t do credit checks there either so I’m not sure why one review says they do they don’t report to the credit bureau at all. I’m black by the way ( before anyone says they’re racist or some ) it’s No racism there unless they pick and choose who to be racist to, they don’t just come and tow your car either, my insurance had canceled and I didn’t know it, instead of coming and repoing my car ( as your signed paperwork says they will do ) they called and emailed me until they finally got a response and told me what was going on and gave me time to fix it. The only reason I got a chance to fix it is because i pay every car payment on time from day one until now. She said I’m a perfect customer and that she didn’t want to come take my car but wanted to at least let me fix it and I’m grateful for that. These people are amazing all around, this is my first purchase from them and I would buy again if I needed to y’all just need to do better with choosing what you spend your money on don’t be in a rush to get a car take your time and inspect the car like I did. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I was referred to this dealership because I heard they were good and didn’t do credit checks. So I visited, basically ran down my history, my finances and my income. I test drove the vehicle I wanted and I was ready to purchase. As soon as everything came back from my CREDIT PULL, all of a sudden now he couldn’t sell me a car due to old things on my credit report. But I was told you guys didn’t do credit checks. Correct me if I’m wrong but that’s called CHECKING CREDIT. But it was their loss. Don’t go here if you think they won’t check your credit because they will and make a decision to sell or not.

If I could leave zero I would less than 24 hours transmission starts jerking called the guy working to speak to the owner but he had to call me back and had a major attitude cussing etc asked if they’d be willing to split the difference on the transmission and they declined 100% would not recommend

I went to this place everything looked great on the outside. Good cars all with car fax on them I finally saw one I wanted and asked to test drive it. There was no one on lot to help me that day. So I called back then next day and spoke with the owner about what I needed to get the car. her attitude with me at first was rude. She claimed she couldn’t help me because of a personal issue with my job. which I’ve been at for over a year owner only fixed her attitude when I mentioned how much money I was willing to put down on the car. I will not be buying a car from them due to this issue. This place is unwilling to work with people even if they have the money in hand.

Thursday afternoon, 4:30, I drove my friend and her son to Wayne's dealership, cash in hand. A man comes out and after my friend told him they wanted to buy a car he told them they could look but he closed at 5 and he had everything locked up. He not only lost thousands of dollars by not being interested, but he got this review. All I can say is it must be nice to be so rich, you're not interested in making anymore money. I DON'T recommend going to Wayne's if you want to buy a car that day.

Not alot of coices, but friendly people. They help you get into a vehical fast and not a largre down paynet. Didnt like the by weekly payment.

I bought a car 11/13/2023.. it has now been about two weeks and the car is not drivable. I was in need of a car and seen they had a car in my price range. The car has started smoking because it has a leak from the transmission. Along with a couple other issues. The Wayne guy lied through his teeth and said they do not have a on site mechanic to look at the cars and i was told to bring my own mechanic! All lies because they have a shop connected to the building and I was never told to bring my own mechanic. I called to see if we could work out some type of deal, them go half on repairs or get me in a new car. The attitude from the man and women in that place is disgusting and disrespectful! You would think they would have some small feeling of guilt because I did come up there with my two kids and explained my situation. I had been looking for a car for months due to the amount of money I had to spend. I have found a lawyer that is willing to take the case and I will be taking them to court! All I wanted was my money back or to be put in a different car but now things have to be taken to the next level. I do not recommend getting a used or brand new car from these people at all.

Me and my fiance got a 2012 GMC Acadia here 15 days in the engine went out they fixed it so they say but the car was sill not running properly nothing worked it was a problem the entire time we had it it's true that they are rude if they would put some work into the cars instead of finding cars with transmission and engine problems but look good on the inside it wouldn't be a issue

Do not and I mean do not buy a car with this company they are terrible sold me a car with a messed up timing chain a 6-7k fix they took the car back with 2400$ left to pay on it and will not return the vast majority of belongings left in the car do not purchase the burgundy Hyundai genesis this is the car that will cost you more to get fixed than it’s worth These people are shady and so are the two guys that help them “Maintenance” the vehicles you have been warned not to spend your hard earned/tax money with them they never told me the car was messed up when I purchased but it had a weird rattle at start up I though it could of been the starter whole time it was the timing chains if you decide to purchase with these low down crooks do your research on what you’re buying and look into your laws with the car fax 😌 cause they just cost themselves
