Warren was very helpful throughout the process of getting new glasses. He is very good at explaining insurance and benefits to you in a simple way that is easy to understand. Also, Walmart vision centers have the best prices on all glasses. Ray-Ban‘s are significantly cheaper than The glasses at the Eye Doctor.

Just an amazing experience for me. Warren and his staff are super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Very thorough exam and informative. I found them quite helpful with navigating my budget vs what they want to sell. Just wasn't expecting it to be this smooth and it was. If you give them a chance I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Took my son on Monday evening at the last hour before closing. We worked with the manager and he was very nice. He asked if it was my son’s first pair of glasses and he explained everything very thoroughly, the type of lens he’d need and he made suggestions on a good fit of glasses. Unfortunately we were unable to use insurance because they only bill Medicaid on certain days so I had to pay out of pocket but the glasses weren’t too expensive. I don’t remember the managers name but he was very nice and good to work with. I can tell he’s very knowledgeable. Also, I left my phone and he kept it safe for me. Thanks!

Attempted to pick glasses up for my 15yr along with lil sister 5yr our deminor was chill.. apparently "kim" don't know if that's her reall name, she could be stephanie for all I know. so she does her best to not make any eye contact ,saying hello,or agnologing us in any kind of way.. "kim" just say "we're closed" we would just come back so it was an awkward stand off. once we did start speaking it got worse from there..based on There other 1 star reviews, my story is no diff from the other complaints. Staff is passive aggressive, unprofessional , and have rude behavior

Thorough and professional staff. Henry, the doctor's tech, was kind and efficient. Even though it was quite busy, people waiting got a friendly greeting and were helped as quickly as possible. Warren, Kim, and Stephanie clearly care about doing their jobs well and taking care of their customers.
