Some of the staff here is rude on phone or in person. Unhelpful. Went to Stanton optical with no attitude projected with securing an appointment.

Went to the location on Lexington rd walmart. The Doctor and staff were extremely rude and I was told by the doctor to ask my husband what was done at the visit concerning my son. Then she went on to say that her prices were cheap compared to others, basically saying I wouldn't be able to afford to go elsewhere. My son's contacts had already been paid for so after this next visit my child will no longer be a patient and I will take business else! Would not recommend either Athens location they have the same doctor. Very unprofessional

II have been coming here for years and I have no complaints. In fact, I recently went to a different optometrist and they tried to tell me that companies were no longer going to make 2-week contact lenses and sold me monthlies, which I hated. It was nice to be able to return here (and the Walmart optometrist debunked that ridiculous 2-week claim).

Was in desperate need of some new contacts, but my prescription had expired. Called them up to see what their prices were for a contact exam without insurance as in the past wal-mart has typically had the best prices for exams. I was quoted at $149 just for the exam. At other wal-marts in the past I’ve paid $50-75. It’s absurd to expect someone to pay that much for an exam at a wal-mart. I was able to instead schedule an exam at America’s best for the next day for only $99. Saw a couple other dedicated vision stores around town also offering the same price. Only schedule an exam here if you want to get ripped off.

I came in to Order glasses for my 4 year old daughter after she broke hers. I was told they would take a week to come back, because that's what the company told the person who put in the glasses order in on the computer. I was told there would be a rush put on them. I have been calling all week, it has been a full week , to the actual date I was told the glasses would be here actually, and still NO GLASSES. I'd say if you need something in a timely matter, go somewhere else. If you can wait, this is the place.

Unlike the rest of the store their staff is excellent, helpful and kind. We had to go to them when our regular eye doctor couldn't get to us and we haven't left!

Very very rude staff especially Julia she hung up on me and refused to service me because she was wrong and her pride was to big to admit she was wrong I do not recommend this location

Went in to get new glasses looked at frames ,was advised be with you soon I waited and waited other people came in they were helped. Noone ever came back to me. I left very unhappy.

All of them lack basic customer service skills. They all come across rude and like you're wasting your time. If youre able to go someewhere else
