Two of the most disrespectful individuals I have ever dealt with. They changed my battery, and I left with more issues than I came with. After the battery change, My car would not move forward or backwards, and the battery light came on IMMEDIATELY after being replaced by them. I told them that I had just gotten my car out of the shop to which I got laughed at and told “well take it back”. They claim zero responsibility for my car not working anymore MINUTES after the visit. I didnt even make it out of the parking spot that I was in before it broke down. The manager here is nonchalant- does not care about anything except protecting his work buddies. I had to FIGHT to have them file a claim. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and I am going to be coming after them for repair costs. The way that they could destroy my car & laugh in my face in the same breath is absolutely appalling. Disgusting.

Never have I EVER, received this much disrespect from a walmart employee, until today. I was trying on bras and asked my boyfriend to help me losen a strap. The worker, Connie, told me I couldn't have him help unless the door was open. I explained that I couldn't then bc it was a bra and dropped it. Started taking it off and she grabs her keys and opens my door. Well my bf came in bc she did it without consent and I shut the door, just for her to do the same thing again. Not only was she unlocking my door while changing BRAS, she was giving me attitude the whole time before. This is unexceptable, no matter who u are.

We needed a new tv. I would like to thank the men in the electronics department for their exceptional help during the purchase of the new tv. They went the extra mile to help me with my purchase and get me loaded. It’s refreshing to experience such good customer care. They seemed knowledgeable on the products and the prices were good. The hours of the store were also good for us to get there in the evening.

Well maintained store and the staff is really sweet. I really hate having to shop at Wal-Mart because I believe they and corporations like them are responsible for a lot of problems with labor, small businesses, and living wages, but they had what I needed and I am hurting financially so it's what I can afford. It's hard to shop with solidarity when you haven't eaten in a couple days.

It’s a shame that Walmart is almost like a necessary evil. I’m not going to inconvenience myself by going further and on select items spending more money so I will continue to go here. However, this has to be the worst Walmart that exists. Between their idiotic staff especially their check out lane managers. The worst customer service ever as well. Their employees that do the shopping for customers are extremely rude and constantly getting in customers way and half the time almost running customers. Horribly managed parking lot and it’s even evident with their customers to go and show how bad of a Walmart it is. I would love to say I’d never go back unfortunately that would just inconvenience myself and wouldn’t affect the corporation of Walmart that doesn’t dare take care of their customers at all but I would guarantee if they were better they would be more profitable and their customers would be happier but this one is just plain ran horribly.

Shelves aren't as full as they once was,store no longer stays open 24hr,and staff are blah! You can find some good deals but they're going extra on the self checkout errors and taking people to jail or court over errors in self checkout when none of us have been trained to be a cashier!

It’s a good Walmart and very well stocked, but I hate how there is only 1 line open with a cashier. I do not want to go through self checkout with a full buggy of groceries, but the line for the one cashier is always so long! I will wait in the line out of principle and hope that one day Walmart brings back cashiers.

I was charged twice for the same delivery order and they will not refund my money. They've stolen over $100 from me and walmart customer service agents will not fix it. Buyer beware! They can not be trusted with your credit card!! I've tried to call the store multiple times and no one will answer.

I went shopping at Walmart looking for t shirts found them and other good deals , checked out quickly at self-checkout and was finished and out to my car in no time! It was all good!

Waited 20 mins for them to unlock the glass box, clicked the button 10 different times and went up to multiple people and got no help until we called the store themself and even then had to go up to her and tell her to come to the cabinet because she was distracted! All while multiple different workers stood around doing NOTHING! If you wanna lock things up service the people actually willing to buy it, it was also 5 dollars? east side walmart get it together and stop trembling over someone stealing 5 dollars if you are gonna be lazy and not unlock it (DO YOUR JOB) then don’t lock up your FIVE dollar product? I urge everyone to make the drive to another grocery store!
