Worst experience ever! I’ll never go back. Went to get a passport photo, and the cashier was extremely rude—she didn’t seem happy to help or even know what to do. Another staff member eventually took my picture and asked me to return in 30 minutes. When I went back to pick up the photos, the same rude cashier was there. She didn’t acknowledge me and just asked someone else that I was there for my photos. Then she started searching randomly until I pointed out the labeled boxes where photos were organized by name. I also needed two extra copies, but they insisted I pay full price again instead of a lower rate for additional prints. If you’re looking for better quality and service, don’t come here. It’s a complete waste of money and time. I left and went straight to CVS—got my photos with two extra copies in just 10 minutes for a lower price.
