I have been using this Walgreens Pharmacy for the last ~10 years and I could not say enough positive things about the pharmacy team. They are quick, efficient, and have excellent customer service! Unfortunately, I am extremely sick, which …

While they are quick most of the time, it’s brutal getting prescriptions from there. Their drive through has been down for 3 months! This becomes a major issue for handicapped customers. They haven’t been in any sort of hurry to fix anything.

Very bad attention I recommend you not to go shopping there, last night I went with my baby and took a toy and the owner to where I was to claim me aggressively because the baby had left the toy somewhere else, he should understand that they are children and therefore they do that kind of thing in the malls but I will never go neither I nor my family were regular customers but I took that bad experience they mistreat the children because I talk to my baby aggressively🥹🥹 Very bad attention I recommend you not to go shopping there, last night I went with my baby and took a toy and the owner to where I was to claim me aggressively because the baby had left the toy somewhere else, he should understand that they are children and therefore they do that kind of thing in the malls but I will never go neither I nor my family were regular customers but I took that bad experience they mistreat the children because I talk to my baby aggressively

They have severe logistical issues- several times I’ve needed medication filled and it’s taken weeks for the order to arrive at the store. Not to mention the pharmacy techs have zero customer service skills. Avoid at all costs .

If I could leave zero stars I would regarding the pharmacy. I have experienced multiple occasions where the pharmacy did not have the prescriptions ready in a timely manner - not because of the doctors or because of health insurance, but because of a lack of efficiency and capability within the pharmacy. I was told by the worker at the drive-through window today (after my third attempt to pick up a prescription) that I would just have to wait to pick the medication up tomorrow. We have an ice storm headed our way tomorrow. There was no empathy or understanding for me as the customer. Absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable.

I sent a company computer back with FedEx at this location and it was never delivered and I was charged 1K. Stay away. They stole the package

The people working at the pharmacy are rude. They told me I needed a prescription for a vaccination. They should said something on their website before I made an appointment. It was a waste of my time. I will never go here. I like the old Walgreens in Jefferson Rd the staff was so kind and nice. People in the pharmacy look like they don't want to work there and they don't say hi may I help you or anything. Rude, rude people who don't need to be working there. I don't why I need a prescription from a Dr for my daughters vaccination. I had a letter from my daughters school saying she needed the vaccination. I will never shoo here. The store is full of rude people and no one acknowledges you when you are there. Walgreens used to be my place to shop. I will not be coming back here.
