Volvo of Athens was a very pleasant experience. Billy and James were phenomenal helping us with our purchase. What I liked best was after we test drove with Billy, he followed up but we never felt pressured. He waited until we had decided. Then when we decided to work the numbers James and Billy were helpful and even found some extra way to save even more. I’m 52 and despise purchasing vehicles but as long as the service visits are as pleasant I will definitely be a Volvo customer from here on. The next day Patrick was also helpful helping me with some features. Even after the purchase, they reached out making sure I was enjoying the car and offered to answer any questions.

sale was quick and easy online. Billy was great. They had the exact vehicle I wanted with the color choice inside and out. The paperwork was also quick and easy to understand. I would normally be the last person to purchase any additional warrantee, but I purchased 2 of the packages. This was based on price and how long I plan to keep the car. They made me great deals on everything including 1.9% for 72 months. How could I turn down such a great deal on this beautiful car. By the way the car basically drove its self-back to Hickory. After the needed repair required my car to stay overnight, Josh and the Volvo Cars Athens team worked hard to have me on the road the next day in time to make my appt that was over a 1 hour drive. Who does that? Josh and Volvo Cars Athens! They took care of my mysterious warning light issue and settled the bill with the warranty company. Everything was easy for me. My thanks to all of them. They treat me like family.

Had follow up service for brakes. Just as I was heading to my appointment, the 'Time for Maint' service light came on. Josh & Robin kindly added that to the list of service items for the day. They could have easily told me to make a follow up appointment, but that is clearly not their style. The new brakes made the ride much better. AND the next regular maint is already complete...without an additional appointment. Kudo to Josh & Robin.
