I'm savvy enough to upgrade my phone online but after sitting through my wife's upgrade at Verizon, I'll always go in person. All of the employees at this store are fantastic. Her upgrade was quick and easy. My upgrade took a little longer because I wanted to do the data transfer onsite, but Roberto made things so easy and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Truly the best cell phone upgrade experience my wife and I had ever had.

Sherman at the Verizon Watkinsville location is absolutely amazing. Haven’t seen this level of customer service in quite some time. Came to help get my parents set up and he assisted with lowering their bill, getting them more data coverage and setting them up on auto renew. This guy was awesome. My parents are older and felt totally comfortable with him. He even went out of his way to help me and my sister with our issues as well. We were very impressed with his kindness and professionalism. Sherman is an asset to Verizon for sure.
