I'm just gonna be honest with there today. To get stuff transferred on to my new phone, and I will say this much the individual, the black guy did not want to help sit there, telling me that he can't do it. We can hook up cables to it to transfer stuff off the old phone to the new phone. I would say this also, you need to sell out to Best Buy This way, that service is better at best. Buy the quality phones the quality customer service. And I can tell you this also, the salespeople there don't sit on our phone wanting to watch their videos versus customer service. You need a fire to that dude. And I will keep telling people that this place It's horrible and needs to be shut down.

We came in because my fiance broke his phone and was eligible for a trade in . D'Angelo was our Representative . He was very knowledgeable on the products . He got us the best deal, got my monthly bill lowered and we got alot of great perks all within less than a hour.

The Lady who 1st helped me was unprofessional. Came and fave me a answer without trying to see. The Lady after her came and helped me was super friendly and helped solved my problem in under 5 minutes. When the 1st Lady said " If it's a virus, there's nothing we can do about that. My first visit to this store was after seven hours of V tech support trying to download an eSIM to a new Samsung S22 Ultra. When I arrived, a tech quickly obtained the eSIM and sent me on my way without warning or explanation. Halfway home (30 miles), my phone stopped connecting to the Verizon Network. Too late to turn around, I went home and contacted tech support. The guy, John, continued to try to upsell me to a higher plan after I said no. He continued for 50 minutes while putting me on hold and running diagnostics only to return and continue his pitch. At no point did anyone suggest that this phone only likes 5G towers. At the 1.5 hour mark, he finally ended the call. The next day, I returned to the Verizon store. They were busy, and a lady asked if I had checked in, and I said no. She finished assisting her client and walked to the front door to speak with five different clients who had just walked in. She asked them the same question, and they responded the same as I did with a no. After checking them in, she made her way around back to me. She then said, "Oh, I'm sorry, it's going to be a while because you have several in front of you. What's your name, and I'll get you checked in?". After three days of tech support and my second store visit, this wasn't acceptable, but I waited another hour and a half, not counting the half hour I waited to be checked in. The young man quickly corrected the issue once again but added the phone will probably lose connection again because it prefers 5G towers even though there's a setting for 4G in case none are around. He was correct, and after 3 long days I had to return that phone.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Verizon location. They advertised a promotion free activation fee of $50 to upgrade or add a line which I confirmed over the phone and even scheduled an appointment for. However, when I arrived, they had the audacity to claim they no longer honored the promotion. This was nothing short of deceitful and feels like a blatant bait-and-switch. The only reason I didn’t immediately walk out was because I had promised my son my old phone, and I needed to upgrade. But trust me, I will never step foot in this store again. Their dishonesty and lack of integrity are absolutely unacceptable. I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this location! Edit: I filled out the form from the owners response 2 weeks ago, it said I would get a response in 7 days no one has responded at all. Proves my point, they don’t care!
