Im telling you now, if you want the best customer service with the latest technology, come no other place than here! Romeo was awesome because I get disability and that will stop until January but instead of telling me there is nothing he can do, he called in and was able to set me up with an arrangement until then! That isn't something they normally do either then I got internet with Disney stuff and the other gentlemen was so kind enough to set that up and right every little detail down so I know how to put it on my tv. I think his name was Johnny. Thank you so much for your help and going way and beyond!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the Verizon store, they were awesome! I went in with a phone issue, and the staff was super helpful. Romeo, in particular, was fantastic and really took the time to explain everything. He got my phone fixed quickly and was very patient with all my questions. Seriously, if you need help with Verizon stuff, ask for Romeo!

My wife felt her heart sink and panic set in as her phone suddenly went black and would not respond to any efforts to regain function. Like so many others painfully learn- all your photos, videos, documents, and contacts can disappear in any fleeting moment and then its too late to save a back-up. Spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone pales in comparison of this loss. Fortunately we visited this particular Verizon store at this particular hour and met an associate who displayed compassion and resolve to do everything he could to help during this tremendous loss of precious memories. He made no promises and he offered no false hope, but he assured my wife he would do everything he could. His name was Will. Will made multiple efforts to reactivate the phone, but to no avail. Will could see the phone itself was beyond saving. Now it became a matter of buying a new phone and hopefully- somehow- retrieving my wife's data and contacts. Will was able to save us $800 by finding a qualified offer for a new phone that antiquated my wife's previous phone. Then the real magic happened. Although my wife had not backed up any of her contacts or data, Will successfully retrieved them. Don't ask me how. Some things are best left to the experts. Will is the epitome of the ideal associate for any business. He is hard-working, caring, helpful, personable. In our hour of stress and hopelessness we found the old proverb to be true- Where there's a Will, there's a way.

My family has used this store for many phones and the staff is always great. Will Hallman was great when my daughter got a new phone but her old phone would not backup. He worked diligently to help her retrieve her pictures and messages from the old phone.
