Really happy this new Verizon service store opened near us. I was eligible for new iPhone 17 model but somewhat unfamiliar with all the new models. Verizon associate named Will went above and beyond. I don’t say that jokingly , I mean he answered every possible query I could come up with. The whole staff was super nice and made the experience fast and easy. That’s the fastest upgrade - in and out on a Saturday in 30 min. They had the Sky Blue 17 Air I wanted. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thanks guys!

Ugh, I'm so frustrated with my experience with Verizon lately 😠. I'm giving them a one-star review because of one person, Elder. They made the whole process of purchasing my phone so difficult and time-consuming; it was a nightmare. The customer service was terrible, and I felt like I was constantly being passed around. 🙄 Honestly, I wish I could give zero stars because of Elder's terrible attitude and unhelpfulness; it was truly disappointing.
