I took three pieces of jewelry with me to Venucci’s today for the first time. A pair of earrings which one stone had come out, a ring and a pendant. He gave me options on how to repair the earring (and then did), cleaned my ring at no charge, and soldered my pendant where it was splitting. I need to mention that I was told previously that my pendant could not be repaired, but he did it and it looks great! Most definitely be back for additional services. Thank you for helping me maintain and keep my family’s heirlooms!

I was looking for a local reputable jeweler that I could trust with my precious family heirloom. I wanted a small jeweler with the hometown feel rather than a chain conglomerate. This is what I found and was an absolutely perfect experience. He repaired both of my rings in only a day, and the results were outstanding! He actually took time to listen to me and sure that I was a happy customer. I love that in a jewelry store, because in the past I've seen some that don't even care if you're there or not. My rings are so gorgeous and I have complete faith in this jeweller! I highly recommend him.

I wish I had known before about this great place! A gem of a Jewler right here in Watkinsville. Took in an old ring ( my grandmorher's) and he repaired and polished the same day! He did a beautiful job. He is very kind and reasonable.

I walked in with some jewelry to be worked on (resize an engagement ring, repair an heirloom necklace, remove watch links). The gentleman was very detail oriented, communicative, gave me prices up front with each item after telling him what I needed. He had all three completed in under 3 hours and under $150. There was also a lovely selection of jewelry in the store. I will definitely be a repeat customer and go here for any jewelry needs.

I went in there with little hope, as another jeweler had told me that they couldn't size my ring down to what I needed (9 to a 5.5-6) without messing it up. The gentleman that works in here brought my smile back when he said "oh, yes that's no problem". He was the SWEETEST and in one hour he had my ring the right size, looking perfect, AND sold me a wedding band that matched/fit beautifully. HIGHLY recommend Venucci for your jewelry needs. Customer service is phenomenal and the work is too!

The owner was FANTASTIC and did a beautiful job on repairing my 2 pendants. And they were fixed the same day. One I had been told couldn't be fixed. But he fixed it beautifully and both at a very reasonable price. Definitely has become my new jewelry repair go to! Thank you so much!

Excellent work!! He repaired my mother’s platinum wedding ring. She wore it down over a 62 year marriage. I can now wear it knowing will last another 60 years. They were fast and very inexpensive. I recommend them highly!

Went in for watch battery replacement, cleaning, and polish. Gentleman is very courteous and skilled, I could of had it back in under a hour. The watch looks brand new after the polish and I appreciate the attention to detail in the cleaning. Great jewelry shop.
